Comfortable hotel in the city center, very friendly and informative staff

It was nice staying here because it was right next to the mall. I could just walk to the Senen Atrium without getting too hot. I also had a photo booth at the mall right next to Lumire, which was really fun.

Although the hotel is old, it's quite clean and comfortable. The rooms are also very spacious for the price. The lobby is also beautiful, and the staff are very friendly. Good job. You won't be disappointed if you book a room at this hotel.

Very cool, clean and nice

I always stay here if I want to go to RSPAD, it's just a short walk. There's also a mall next door.

This hotel is an old hotel.. and with that price, of course you can't ask for much. What is really impressive about this hotel is the service and friendliness of the hotel staff who are on guard at the front door.. Very alert and responsive.. And there are quite a lot of officers at the front from morning until dawn and all of them are friendly.. Even though the hotel is old, the lobby and the AC rooms are very cold... The only drawback is 1... The basement/parking area and the road when it goes uphill are very dirty and scary. The rest is ok.

The AC was hot even though it was set to the lowest temperature. I reported it to the staff and they responded immediately, and as a result, I was moved to another room, but it was still not cold enough. It was better than the first room, but for me, it was still not cold enough for a 4-star hotel. The toilet seat was yellow, I reported it to the staff, and they immediately cleaned it. They should have cleaned it without waiting for a complaint. Some of the water flow was leaking onto the floor and not draining, so the water was stuck in one place. Overall, everything else was okay.

Highly recommended, especially for kids, there's a swimming pool and bathtub, and it's located next to the mall, so it's convenient if you want to buy snacks, just go next door.

Checked in at 2 and got a room at 5, and even then, I had to keep asking and complaining about it. The management is terrible.

The hotel is great, the room is really big, and the TV can play Netflix. I really liked it. I'll be back next time.
