Close to Malioboro. There are plenty of eateries nearby. The hotel's amenities are standard, like other hotels. However, there's no elevator to get to your room from inside the hotel. You have to go out to the parking lot to get there. It's quite difficult if you're carrying a lot of luggage, as you have to walk to the parking lot first.

Grage is really nice in my opinion. The room is big, you can hang out in front to smoke, there are chairs too. If you want to go to Malioboro, it's very close, just walk. If you want to eat, it's also easy, there are many vendors, close to Circle K too. The price is cheap. The only downside is the food, it's better not to take breakfast. The food is very lacking. The chicken porridge is burnt and bland, the chicken soto is bland, the tea tastes like yesterday's leftover tea brewed again. That's the only downside.
