The atmosphere is a bit creepy, especially with the dark colored sheets. The bathroom is dusty and smelly. There's no staff to help with luggage 🙄 The restaurant isn't open 24 hours.

My first time staying here. The lobby is nice, the room is large, the amenities are complete, the receptionist is very friendly, it's close to Malioboro and the station, just a short walk to Yogyakarta Station, it's highly recommended for a holiday in Jogja. The breakfast is also delicious.

The room wasn't very soundproof. I couldn't sleep at all on the first day because there was a group of school children there, and it was incredibly noisy. I complained to the receptionist, but nothing changed.

I needed three rooms to ensure the AC was working properly. The reception staff was rude, didn't greet me, and even had to change three rooms when the AC wasn't working properly. They also only received the keys at check-out without saying a word.

The hotel is really worth it, next time I go to Jogja I will definitely stay here.. all the facilities are okay

It's close to Malioboro and there are lots of food stalls around the hotel, so it's not difficult to find food.
