Manu breakfast fresh Room cleaned

This is a lovely hotel, but it could do with a little TLC. The service was excellent. My only negative is how hard the mattresses are.

No air conditioning even though they advertise as having A/C. I went down to the front desk after trying to turn it on in my room unsuccessfully and was told that the "owner" had not turned it on yet for the hotel to save cost.

Good hotel with a great location to explore Cittadella. Quiet with a nice courtyard. Really enjoyed the restaurant.

This is a modern business type hotel a few blocks from the walls of the old town. There are not many hotels in Cittadella, so this would make a good base to explore the town for a day or two.

Fresh, variert og god frokost. Både kornblandinger, nøtter, frukt, yoghurt, brødmat, pålegg, salat, egg, bacon og typisk italienske søte kaker og cornetto. God kaffe.

È difficile descrivere in poche parole la mia esperienza, ho viaggiato in occasione della fiera di Vicenza a metà gennaio di quest’anno affidandomi a questa struttura che frequentavo per la prima volta. Il terzo giorno durante la mia assenza mentre facevo colazione sono stato trafugato di tutti i miei beni preziosi dalla mia camera. Ciò che mi ha colpito particolarmente è la sufficienza con la quale sono stato trattato e in particolare l’indifferenza del personale. Di solito ci si dovrebbe sentire sicuri all’interno di una struttura di questo livello qui invece sono stato depredato. Non aggiungo altro, lascio a voi pensare ciò che posso aver passato.

Ottimo hotel con parcheggio gratuito ed in posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Cittadella personale molto gentile, la TV in stanza potrebbe essere più grande

Ausstattung könnte besser und moderner sein. TV - klein und nur Programme auf Italenisch - geht für 4 Stern gar nicht! 10 Min zu Fuß in die Innenstadt

Molto bene la colazione

Bel hôtel, calme , à 10 mns à pied du centre ville. Grande chambre avec une literie confortable ( mais mal isolée du couloir). Grande salle de bain mais pas de rideau opaque pour vous isoler le soir quand il fait nuit. Service accueillant et souriant
