Large corporate hotel, good facilities but very impersonal

Unexpected to be part of a hospital.

The hotel web site featured a water front hotel with a beach bar and sports facilities. When we got there, we realized the hotel was part of a readaptation center for paraplegics and we had a room adapted for disabled. The lake is at a wakable distance but you have to cross a rail way. We never found the beach bar nor the beach. Very disappointed. It was not the vacation atmosphere we expected... Very clean however and nice food.

An amazing setting with impressive gardens.

We enjoyed the great facilities (restaurants, bars, lobbies, outside campus of the Institute...), the delicious breakfast, large confortable rooms. It was close enough to Luzern to visit easily.

this hotel is the perfect accommodation for disabled wheelchair user.

Hotel room clean and comfortable. Breakfast selection very good. Free bike hire great with cycle path to the side of lake.

This property I cant say it is a hotel, rather I would say it is a hostel room sizes is smaller. Breakfast was very nice only. Staff is friendly parking space is good.

Junior Suite was very nice with all the amenities needed. Breakfast had a good selection with the staff very friendly. Worth the price paid.

Very kind and helpful staff. Quiet location near the lake. Very good breakfast buffet.

Everything was very well put together, very good stay in general. My only concerns was directions from the parking to the reception was a bit disorienting and also 09:30 checkout time is a really a tad bit early.

Fantastic breakfast, very pretty restaurants and reception area. All rooms are 5 mins walk from reception. And no lift between carpark and the rooms

Good staff but the rooms are in several blocks and look like army barracks.

Dass man für das Auto extra bezahlen muss, ist schade (pro Tag 12.-).

İm Zimmer 04 ich habe eine sehr bequeme Bett gehabt.Ich leide unter Spinal Kanal stenose Diese Bett war sehr gut für meine Rücken. Würden Sie mir bitte was für eine Bett das Sie haben.Bittehelfen Sie mir.Ich muss diese Bett haben.Ich danke Ihnen im voraus..
