After reading the bad reviews we were a bit sceptical for our 1 week stay. After our 1 week stay we can just say good things from this hotel. The breakfast buffet is very varied, the people working there were very friendly. The spa (I used only the sauna) was very hot and big! I enjoyed it every day. The shuttle to the lifts and back were of great help. The drivers were always helping us out. The restaurant for dinners had amazing food, top notch!!!! The big family room was huge and we slept really good! The only downside is that the lobby area to hang out is not too big, the pool/jacuzzi were a bit cold, and the pillows a bit too thin, for my opinion! But that didn’t stop us from having a beautiful 1 week stay!!! Thanks to the whole team! We left very happy !!!

We stayed here for our 30th wedding anniversary, gifted by our son and daughter-in-law. The room was an amazing size with a good bathroom and fabulous balcony facing the mountains. All the important things were in the room. Tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer, plenty of wardrobe space, seating area, mini fridge, personal safe in the wardrobe. The mattresses were a little too soft for my liking but that could be personal preference. Basket for the Spa and bathrobes and slippers were provided. But most importantly for us was the service and the team. From the reception team, to the restaurant team and the chambermaids and porters. We couldn't fault it at all! Lovely, friendly, humorous, always ready with a smile and happy to take time for a little conversation and to help with anything. Max from the restaurant deserves a special shout out! Food was superb. Spa was not bad either, although the infrared room wasn't working during our stay. We can't comment on the spa treatments as we didn't get a chance to sample any during our short stay. We'd definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay, close to the stores, shops, restaurants. And they offer a shuttle to take u closer to the slopes. The dining area is wonderful and my favorite. I tried their message and it was worth it. -1 one star because the bed mattress was thin and i had back pain. And the pillows were too thin; Effecting my sleep. Other than that i loved the hotel.

We booked via Weekend4Two which was a wedding gift from friends. We got a bit nicer room with a double bed, luckily two blankets and a bottle of champagne and fruits were waiting for us upon arrival. We booked for both nights a four course meal included. Very good quality and portions are on the bigger side. We appreciated the personal attention and the eagerness of the staff to help us solve the bed situation. There is also a bar in the hotel which we didn’t get to try out unfortunately. If you have long and thick hair I’d recommend taking your own hair dryer, the one provided is very weak and you have to press the on button all the time. Overall we would stay here again in summer for sure. 👍

Lovely hotel in saas fee with friendly, attentive staff who are very accommodating. Rooms could do with refreshing especially the bathrooms but are a good size and very clean. The spa is superb and very modern. The restaurant in the evening was the highlight of our stay here. There is a daily changing fix menu alongside an a la carte menu.We sampled the pre fix menu twice and on both occasions was superbly prepared and served. The service was without doubt the best i have experienced in Switzerland. As a seasoned traveller I often find the service in this region of the world to be in personal, rude and bordering arrogant. Not here though. The waiters where very attentive and extremely polite. We sampled a variety of Swiss wines that came recommended by the sommelier and I have to say although pricey( but hey this is Switzerland) where excellent. All in all a very enjoyable stay and the restaurant a must visit.
