Good hotel good location

Our stay was very quick but every effort was made to see we were happy. Picked us up and dropped us back to the train free of charge. View from our room was stunning, mountain partially covered with snow. The restaurant attached was very delicious offering fresh organic foods. The room had plenty of space, only issue was it got a bit hot overnight. Breakfast was buffet style and offered a variety of foods.

Martina at the front desk was amazing! The hotel is in central location, offers free shuttle to train station, a great experience and highly recommended!!!

We arrived to find a very dated and never updated hotel. If you like knotty pine then this hotel is for you. The room itself was clean and just ok. The bathroom was small. The restaurant leaves much to be desired. The included breakfast was very limited. There was an up charge if you wanted freshly made eggs since they offered no eggs. There was only coffee or tea and cereal and bread. After staying at 6 other hotels in Switzerland, this was the only hotel that we have ever been to that charged 3 Swiss francs for a glass of tap water. This happened twice. Lunch menu was also limited and no substitutions were allowed. The ham and cheese sandwich had one very thin slice of ham and lots of cheese. The hotel only warned us upon check in of all the construction noise happening in and around their location. Ear plugs were provided in our room. We were so disappointed that we left a day early of our 2 nights stay.

Very disappointing experience. The staff were rude and unwelcoming, especially if you weren’t a local. Customer service was far below what I would expect from a hospitality business. The hotel was filled with construction workers, which made it feel more like a worksite than a vacation destination. There was none of the calm, relaxing, or luxurious atmosphere that was advertised. The room itself was not clean. The bed had an unpleasant smell, and the carpet was extremely dirty. The elevator was also incredibly small—barely large enough for two people with luggage—which made moving around the hotel inconvenient. Overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations, and I would not stay here again.

Fraser Suites in Geneva was adequate for our needs. I would NOT recommend that you choose to partake of the breakfast buffet. The cost was extremely high. Way more than you would pay for any hotel breakfast. Limited choices and food that was just average. During our stay the construction renovation and street repair started at 7 am. We were not advised of the renovation and construction ahead of our stay.

Hotel Hauser is an excellent choice! From the first interactions before arrival, they were always very prompt in responding to my messages, to the warm welcome upon arrival and the impeccably clean rooms, we were very happy to have stayed here! The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to the train station and major attractions. Ursula made our breakfast experience each morning so pleasant and memorable. We can't recommend this place enough! Thank you Hotel Hauser!

There is a piano on the O floor ! I love a piano! Good spot pricy for iut if season but the bed was fantastic and a breakfast too! It was the best place ! Cheers

Good customer service

Room is clean but it lacks useful things such as a fridge and a kettle for some tea and coffee. Staff is very helpful. Shuttle service is excellent. Ate at the restaurant in the evening. You pay a high price for a very small portion of commercial food. Restaurant is not recommended. In my opinion its a tourist trap.

Great location in the middle of the walking district. Beautiful room and very walkable to the lake and around town. Also close to the train station for travel connections. Staff are very friendly and helpful!

Excellent staff

The location was great. The room was clean, and the staff was extremely helpful.

Room was spotless, staff were very helpful and breakfast was amazing! Beds were very comfortable and location was excellent - right near the center of town and the funicular up the mountain! Only downside for us where the rooms were super hot and only opening the window cooled things down (we turned down the radiator as far as it would go). But that meant some noise at night from the old late partier or snow ploughs etc. But definitely would return.

This was by far the highlight of our trip. The gentleman that greeted us at the front desk was so kind, warm, positive and inviting. We wish we stayed longer just to be in such an inviting atmosphere. We really needed that positivity with how all other plans were turning out. We really appreciated the hospitality, the rooms were clean, beds were comfy, food was good, location was ideal. Overall stay 12/10. We hope to be back!
