This is one of the most affordable accommodations in Luxembourg. It’s okay for a few days, but to be fair, the amenities and facilities have room for improvement. The room is clean but quite basic. It would have been great to have at least a decent pair of mugs available. We booked a double room but got two single beds pushed together, which made our sleep quite uncomfortable. The bedding was also a bit rough on the skin. Overall, it’s a basic place to stay for a few days only—no more than that.

Great location, friendly staff, however, wifi really poor and the room I was in was located next to a lobby door that constantly slammed when people went through it, not ideal in an evening when trying to sleep.

Room was clean and well presented. Bed was comfortable. Quiet location, close to City Centre and Tram/Bus (Free) routes to Airport and surrounding area. Friendly and helpful staff.

The Room was Great loved the View from our room and the Staff were friendly and gave us more details of about Luxembourg City i highly recommend to go to this wonderful hotel.

very expensive.Had to pay for breakfast and parking. Garage was very far from room and breakfast area.We had to move suitcases down a ramp and garage door wouldnt open.We stood in the rain. facilities were spread out. 4 different buildings we had to access in the rain.Staff not friendly or accomadating. Very disappointing. Very expensive. No amenities including water in room. overall bad experience.

Well located, good value for money

A poor quality hotel that is past its best. Its a budget hotel that charges mid level price and tries to look like a 5star hotel and fails. The checkin was poor the staff seem like they can only just be bothered to do their job and don't seem to care about you or your stay. No offer of help to carry or move luggage and did not bother to show us to the room even thought there was 4 or 5 staff and no other guests. We asked if it was better to unload our luggage by reception or by the door to the room block but was told that it would be easier to do in the underground car park. As you drive down to the car park there is an over powering smell of raw sewage. However once in the car park we thankfully went to find the room 1st only to find that the way out took us back to recption so was glad we had not unloaded our luggage as instucted by the lady on reception, We then drove back out of the car park to unload by the room block. When we entered the room it had a very strong bad smell and had clearly never been aired. My wife then found the carpet was wet for some unkown reason. So had to go back to reception and get a new room. This room was much better but still needed the window to be opened as was stuffy and stale. The same problem in all the corridors a stale bad smell in all of them. A simple fix by opening a window each day when cleaning! As others have mentioned overpriced parking. Good location, poor staff and bad cleaning, never stay again. Google reviews say the same.

We stayed one night as we were passing through Luxembourg. The hotel is in a great location, only 5 min walk to the centre. Hotel has parking but quite expensive. We had a suite as there were 3 of us. The room was very dated with orange and blue walls, a mismatch of furniture. The room smelt very musty so we had to keep the fans going. It was fine for our needs.

Great central Luxembourg hotel. We’d stayed one night. No AC which was a bit of a surprise, luckily temperature was good. We have a small small patio area which was very nice. Would stay again. Staff were great

I paid for a suite, but it had no air conditioning and smelled musty. So I got a regular room with air conditioning, but the price was not changed. The restaurant service was average and the information coordination was poor.

Just OK. Ok location to get around but a very dated property with no fridge or safe in rooms and a portable AC unit in room made it difficult to get decent sleep.

we loved our stay here. small room, and the only downside were the pillows as they were quite poor. the room was clean, staff was friendly, check in was quick. very close to the main city, you can walk everywhere. recommend for a quick stay.
