They did a great job with me

Better than expected. Lovely staff and great location. King room very spacious and lovely. Breakfast very good.

Toilet didn’t flush easily. Taps were shaky. Top floor Restaurant food was not good. Hotel has seen better days. Spa towels were ripped. And the spa doesn’t have robes for any size other than small. Really disappointing.

The hotel is in a beautiful old building. The breakfast was great. Both restaurants for dinner were excellent. The fitness gym was very small. The pool, sauna, steam room were fantastic. Our room was on the first floor - near the breakfast area - it was noisy starting at 6 AM. The outside shutters on our windows had cracks in them that let a lot of light come in all night long due to street lights outside. We hung a spare blanket over the cracks to make the room a little darker at night so we could sleep.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Location perfect.

Great hotel, clean and pleasant; perfect location for the historic quarters of town. Specially good was the breakfast. Personnel are good, efficient and attentive all the way. They make you feel welcome. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

everything was wonderful, La Candelaria/ Bogota is beautiful and the hotel is right by Colon theather. The service is amazing, as well as the food and location.

Great location - 2 blocks from plaza bolivar. Felt upscale, safe, very walkable & close to all the museums. Room - clean and big enough. Great view. The shower had no pressure and flush wasn’t working great. Staff - amazing. They knew manageable English. Weren’t good with sure seeing tips though. Food - Breakfast was above average. Restaurant on the expensive side, but amazing food. NOTE: the 2 twin rooms are small & twin beds are good only for 1 person. They upgraded us for free to a king + twin.

Nice location, beautiful hotel, staff is nice but they never went the same extra mile to help me when I needed. Breakfast is full of nice local food.
