The hotel is very well presented, the rooms are comfortable and the staff are very friendly. The pool areas are lovely and the views from the main restaurant area are fantastic. We enjoyed staying here for 5 nights and would not hesitate to return. The parking solution was also excellent if you have a hire car. One minor aspect that could be improved is if a way of shading the room balcony could be introduced. We found the balcony unusable during the day because it is too exposed to direct sunlight. Lastly, whilst all of the food we had at the hotel was tasty, the a la carte options at the buffet could be a little more varied. An a la carte selection at breakfast would also be nice, rather than buffet only. We still enjoyed the food but this would take the dining experience in the hotel to the next level. Overall it is a beautiful hotel that is well worth a visit.

Property was great! Lovely pools and beach. Rooms were very hot though. Room had bad septic odor periodically, but it was top notch overall.

We had a wonderful stay at Cala San Miguel and would happily rate the hotel 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome—special thanks to Lucas on reception, who was informative and helpful throughout our stay. A particular mention must go to Gabriel, the manager, who was outstanding. He personally ensured that a couple of initial teething problems were quickly and professionally resolved, and his approach made a real difference to our overall experience. The hotel itself is beautifully presented, with superb facilities and a relaxed, chilled ambience. We loved spending time on the beach, which is just a stone’s throw from the hotel—perfect for unwinding in the sun. The location couldn’t be better. Food-wise, there’s a wide and varied selection available, and we appreciated the hotel’s effort to introduce a new dining concept. While the mains could offer a little more variation in cooking style, the overall quality and choice were still very good. We also enjoyed exploring the local area—the nearby hippy market was a fun day out, and the sunsets in the evening were truly memorable. All in all, Cala San Miguel offered us a peaceful and enjoyable break with excellent service, stunning surroundings, and a warm, welcoming feel. Highly recommended.

We booked 5 nights as a treat to celebrate and restore after finishing my chemotherapy treatment. It was exactly what we needed! We weren’t told it, but we must have got an upgrade as I think we paid a room rate for one of the rooms in the larger, more basic looking complex on the hillside. I think the renovation works were delayed and we ended up in the newer ‘club’ rooms around the pool, which was very welcome. Looking at the hillside complex, it looked quite cramped up there! So, we got it for a steal really. The architecture at the hotel is great, lots of open, calming, well-designed spaces and beautiful interiors and plants. The main pool area and lounges were lovely. The room was v comfortable, gorgeous balcony space, huge comfy bed, calming and cosy. Nice touch to provide gowns for using on the balcony/around the pool. Breakfast buffet superb, lots of choice but not over the top. Clearly quality produce is used- gorgeous fresh fruit, cheeses, egg chef, pastries and unlimited barista coffee. Staff were wonderful throughout the hotel- special mention to Maria Joan the masseuse. I treated myself to a full body massage and it was sublime. Appreciated the included yoga classes which were put on some mornings. Only negatives- the evening restaurant was expensive and disappointing, €8 for a bottle of still water is robbery. Construction noise almost constant due to renovations of main block. More hooks in the room. And why not provide olives/nuts with the €18 cocktails?!

Everything was phenomenal. Food was delicious, drinks were strong and the staff was the best part of the whole stay. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and away from the party scene, but close enough if you want to indulge yourself in the oontz oontz night life.

It was ok. Rooms always felt damp especially the bedding. Very expensive London prices for drinks and food which were just average. Worst part the mosquitoes. No mosquito nets/screens or electronic zappers in room

Great hotel full of quality and style. Very chilled location and overall great staff. Facilities are excellent. Entertainment is first class. Food is amazing. Rooms are clean, spacious and styled well. Only improvement required is the quality of waiting staff in the bar and restaurant. We often had to wait 15 minutes for drinks and food to be cleared

The Club Cala San Miguel was just what we were looking for - it had a good selection of food and drinks in the all inclusive, food was tasty and the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and well equipped, and most importantly, there were enough sun loungers for the number of guests, so there was less of a fight for sun loungers, staff would also clear towels from sun loungers if they had been left for a period of time. This was a great hotel for relaxation, with a good atmosphere and very drivable, perfect for what we were looking for, but those looking for clubbing might consider somewhere a little closer to the action.

Fabulous hotel with great complimentary activities that are not advertised. Beach area is good enough to get a refreshing swim but you can definitely find better around the area. Staff was kind and helpful, and accommodated for a shower room after check out as our room was assigned to newcomers on our last day and our flight was late in the evening. Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation!

Beautiful hotel in a peaceful spot of Ibiza. The pool was lovely, and always had beds throughout the day, and all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean. The room was very nice and spacious with good facilities (only thing missing was an iron). All inclusive was worth the spend considering the prices of food and drink here and there aren’t many options outside the hotel. The food was all very good, portion size for food from the menu in the buffet was small though. The staff around the pool worked hard but did seem to miss us a lot because we weren’t sat front row, and then got funny if you tried to order at the bar. Hotel has a nice chilled vibe, and the music during the day and evening all added to a really nice atmosphere. I think the staff could have explained some things better when we arrived. We didn’t initially realise the hotel on the cliff was part of the same chain, guests were regularly coming down from there, but no one told us if we could go up there to use the facilities. Also wasn’t always clear what was included in the all inclusive, or that you have to book the al a carte restaurant in the bar. These are minor critiques though, all in all, would highly recommend, particularly for couples.

For a getaway to Ibiza just to work in a serene location, Puerto de San Miguel is what you’re looking for on the Northern side of the island. The waters are phenomenal, and the hotel provides so many of its own in-house events. Marta was GREAT as well as all of the staff. They felt very much like family and just genuine. I will return again for another stay. I don’t recommend if you’re wanting to party hop because it is roughly 30-35 min from the tourist venues.

Well maintained hotel, excellent service, although it has 196 rooms you were getting personalized treatment. We mentioned anecdotally that we were celebrating special occasion and we were offered a cava bottle and some fruits complementary. Also they provided us a room to shower after check out to be able to enjoy the hotel during the last day

Beautiful hotel in a very quiet resort at this time of year. Very little to do without a car or transport. Breakfast items were varied but mostly hot dishes were luke warm. Some of the cereals were stale. Coffee from the machine left a lot to be desired. Staff were mostly lovely but some gave us the feeling they were at the end of their season and couldn’t be bothered. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a lovely hotel in a pretty resort but it wasn’t for us. We only stayed 2 nights, which was enough for us, before moving to another hotel across the Island

The hotel was lovely and we very much enjoyed our stay. All the staff were fantastic and the entertainment each night was wonderful. A couple of areas for improvement though. The breakfasts were great albeit the boiled eggs were old and had grey marks around the edges and the sun lounger cushions needed to be taken in over-night as some looked dirty / grubby and they got soaked in the Storm. In addition most days we had to ask for more coffee pods and milk and bottle water. I think to be a 5 x star hotel these should be provided daily, without having to request them. There were also lots of mosquitos and we got badly biten but that maybe just because of the rains. Lastly when we came to check out and go to the airport our rent-a car was parked in in the Siau Ibiza parking lot. Everyone at Reception was super helpful and luckily a guest at the hotel came and moved his car so that we could maneuver the car out but there was no way to know or contact the parson who had parked me in. It may have even been someone just going to the beach. It lead to a very stressful time as we through maybe we would have to get someone to come tow the car away. Maybe there should be some identification process for the cars in the parking lot or a barrier to entry to ensure no non-guests park in the parking lot or, all car keys should be left at Reception in case cars need to be moved.
