The toilet was already blocked with the first time using it. We asked at the reception to fix it but they did not. The shower kept dripping the entire time and the bed was also not that comfortable. The location is good and the breakfast was also really good.

Ac was very cold but we had a comfy sleep. Very central for either Ipanema or copacabana. Could do with Reno. Nice rooftop views,

The first impression was a bit disappointing since the hotel looks outdated and could use some renovation. But after staying here for 5 days I would definitely recommend It. The location is excelent. It is a very safe area and quite close from both Ipanema and Copacabana beachfronts. The staff was friendly and quite efficient. In particular, Elias was extremely helpful when we needed some assistance during our stay. Breakfast was also a highlight. The bedroom also looks outdated but the quality of sheets and towels was excelent, and so was the shower. Overall a 9/10 experience.

Very well located. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of tasty food and staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

I am giving 5/5 because the hotel was really nice, great for a mid-priced vacation. Nice rooftop, sauna, gym room, nice breakfast, and you cannot beat the location being exactly between both copacabana and ipenma. This means you can easily walk to either beach in about 5-10 minutes depending on your vibe (Ipenema more chill, Copa more lively with beach bars and more vendors etc.). Great hotel!!

Very good staff, happy to find someone speaking also English, that is not often in Brasil and we unfortunately don’t speak Portuguese. The room was nice, very clean, maybe it is time to « refresh » it a little bit. But really pleasant to live. The common parts are in a very good shape, very clean. So, it was a nice stay

Great location and breakfast

Pool was nice with a good view. Room and bed was comfortable but needed some art work. Room was very quiet. Breakfast was outstanding with many selections. Location was the best, little traffic and easy walk to the beach. I would stay here again.

Staff was great and the room was clean and tidy. The location was excellent - less than 5 min walk to the beach. Supermarket and pharmacy around the corner. Lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet was also very convenient with strong coffee an lots of fresh fruit. Definitely recommend.

I wouldn't recommend having breakfast at hotel. Conveniently located. Tidy room despite furniture showing signs of age.
