The staff, the food, the location - beautiful. Superb service.

Staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay feel. Very welcome. Location was phenomenal and can't wait to stay again.

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and it was a solid choice. We had a mix-up with our booking (our error, not the hotel’s), but Leith helped us sort it out quickly—special thanks to him! The rooms were always clean and comfortable. The hotel has a good variety of food, catering to different tastes. Plus, the staff were welcoming and always smiling, which added to the experience. They had tennis, paddle, and other activities to keep you busy, along with three pools (two outdoor—one for kids—and a heated indoor pool). There’s also a beach area where you can unwind. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it for a relaxing, activity-filled getaway.

Wir waren vor 2 Jahren da, und eins muss man sagen, die Begeisterung die wir damals von DIESEM Hotel hatten ist schnell verflogen. Das Hotel hat 5 Sterne, unserer Meinung nach, nicht verdient. Das Personal (die Mehrheit!) im Restaurant Principale ist der größte Reinfall. Das Personal ist sehr unaufmerksam, jeden Tag schlecht gelaunt, Zwischen den Mitarbeitern herrscht Streit in voller Lautstärke. Leider hat Jaz sehr nachgelassen, schade.

Anazing hotel, friendly staff andovely food

Great holiday resort, staff are very helpful and friendly, I booked all inclusive, food & drinks are available all day. Helpful front desk staff and management. They care to make your stay comfortable I give 9.9 out of 10. And they deserve this. Special thanks to the following people Waiter: Houssem, Front Desk: Aya Poolside LifeGard. Ali Indoor pool. Muhammad And the manager. At the beginning of the journey. And many others couldn’t keep the names.

Beautiful, on the beach, wide, safe and friendly place to stay. Great for female solo traveler. I would go back anytime!

So glad we chose this hotel. All staff are amazing and work extremely hard to help all the hotel guests. They go above and beyond and deserve full recognition. Entertainment is great for families with children. Lollipop entertainer is very good with children and what a very generous touch to give children presents!! Most exceptional buffet I have seen outside of Dubai. Food is fresh, healthy, with a vast variety of options to cater for all. Food cooked fresh in front of you or on day. Walking around hotel is safe and private access to beach is secure. Overall no security concerns, very well guarded since the appalling 2015 attack. Felt completely safe and can see the hotel industry bouncing back with effort Jaz Tour Khalef and surrounding hotels have achieved. Highly recommend.

Staff are not helpful especially on the swimming pool and reception and housekeeping, they did not clean my room for three days,reception send me to my room by myself, swimming pool staff ignorant and smoking while talking to me, i found it disrespectful and awful behaviour, dont trust the photos on their website.

Very friendly and helpful staff super clean hotel and really comfortable beds and the food is delicious with such a huge variety to choose from, the pool area is amazing with the beach a stone throw away , can’t wait to go back 😁 Inchallah

Great hotel and staff! Very well located with all facilities around. The rooms are big, clean and beds are very conformable. What we loved the most is the swimming pool and the beach side (bar & restaurant). We highly recommend it for couples or groups!

Fantastic holiday, staff are amazing! Lovely room with beautiful sea view, everywhere spotlessly clean, great food in the restaurant, what more could you ask for?

Pleasant in appearance but rooms are not kept in best condition. We stayed in 2 different rooms The first had a leaking tap which flooded the bathroom, Tap was already leaking prior to our arrival, also room had a child’s cot in it taking up a lot of space even though we clearly had no children with us The second room we moved to had a broken toilet seat. All of these a basic issues that should be checked. The hotel wishes to class itself as 5 star, but does not hold itself to a self high standard and as result the guest suffers.

I really enjoyed my stay at Tour Khalef. The junior suite was very spacious and luxurious. The staff are very professional and friendly. The adults pool is amazing and the kids pool has water slides. So, Both Parents and kids could enjoy their time on the pool. However the slides and the pool are not well graded. The hotel is very big and the beach is amazing however the beach is small compared to the hotel capacity. As a result it’s almost impossible to find a spot on the beach if you don’t wake up very early. Besides, even though the hotel was full, people from outside the hotel were allowed a daily access to the pool and the beach, as a result the pool was crowded and noisy The food was good especially the breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely come back in the future.
