It was a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient and easy to access.

The location of the hotel is really strategic. There are lots of places to eat too. Next time I go to KL, I want to stay at this hotel again.

Had a nice experience, stayed 2 days in Sentral Hotel. Location was good, just close to Sentral MRL, KL Sentral Station, and NU Sentral but quite a sketchy neighborhood. Not the cleanest hotel though, but quite good. Checked in at 3 PM but they just provided a towel after 5 PM…

The check-in time is too long. So it makes you tired of waiting.

There's no electric kettle, the hot water dispenser outside the room is empty, and the AC isn't cold.

Hotel officers were very kind, humble, and the room space is quite enough for 2 pax.

Location is close to everywhere, food nearby, nice walks, near MRT, near central station.
