The Hotel was great; very quick and pleasant check in. The waitresses serve me a drink even they just closed the bar. The room was clean and spacious with a kettle for hot drinks. Their breakfast was excellent but they cold have more coffee machines as there was a queue. The hotel is close to airport so it is ideal to sleep over there for morning flights from Kraków.

The only couple of advantages to stay here-1.Location(close to airport) 2. Free parking. This hotel and its staff are clearly focused on group travel only. If you’re traveling alone, you won’t be served in the restaurant after 9 p.m. And that annoying midnight noise in the room… feels like a diesel generator.

WiFi not available at all. Air conditioning shut off every 2 minutes. Beds are too narrow to sleep. No Medium size towels available.

Very nice staff and great food !

Comfortable bed with really soft bed linen, room was warm and clean. Good shower. Great breakfast selection. Fantastic location for the airport and south west Krakow area. There was unfortunately a lot of noise in the corridors at night and the breakfast room was exceptionally busy due to a few coach tour groups staying but overall highly recommended.

Best part was the breakfast that was included. Great variety and tasty. Our room was dates with an AC that kept shutting off on its own.

Very convenient for last night near Krakow airport .Hotel in good condition with large parking area - room quite small but clean. Breakfast was really excellent with wide choices and large seating area.

First of all. This hotel isn’t even close to 3 stars rating. Each night during my stay there are big groups of kids. They running, yelling, slapping doors, jumping and screaming all nights. When l complained at front desk they did anything.

The hotel is ok if you are looking for a one, which is close to an airport (which was my case). Do not select it if you plan to visit Krakow, as it is far from the city center. In plus: the room was clean, staff was friendly, free parking, the hotel is really close to the airport. In minus: really thin walls and not sound-proof doors, so unfortunately, I could hear people talking in the corridor as well as in the room next to mine. It is not very convenient if you try to get some sleep ahead of your early-morning flight.

I went to this hotel because it’s Near the airport and I only had 4 hours to sleep between flights. It was ok for this purpose, but I wouldn’t like to stay more time there. The elevador was dirty (picture) and had a really weird smell. Bed was noisy but I could sleep. Hotel needs renovation.

Poor cleanliness. Not reccommended.
