Staff extremely helpful, walking distance to Belvedere. Convention facilities

This place was amazing. The check-in staff was fantastic, we received quick responses to questions - even after hours. The rooms were incredible. The courtyard beautiful. We could have stayed here much longer.

Great apartment for a short break with a small kitchenette and full size fridge. We didn’t cook in the apartment but it was stocked well enough to let you do so if you wanted. Only complaint is that the checkout process wasn’t clear, as it wasn’t included in the email prior to check in. Someone came to the reception desk to check us out eventually but it’s not consistently manned.

Our stay was very short - just somewhere to stay overnight while travelling though Vienna - but it was very pleasant. Our room was very large and had a lovely bathroom and a little kitchen (which we didn’t need to use). The reception lady was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good, although I’ve had better. The only problem was the blocked drain in the shower, which nearly caused a flood. Otherwise, a great place.

Quiet area close to city center. Interior more modern than building immediately shows. Interesting and alternative interior design. Quaint. Definitely a place to come back to

Loved this hotel! Right off the cruise ship at 8:30 am and they held our luggage for us until we could check in. Then they pointed us in the right direction for the tram. (only a block away) Came back to what could easily be a very small apartment, clear modern. It is a bit outside city center, but with the tram right there it was easy to get anywhere. We would stay there again

The location was great. The bed was getting a bit old and had a bit of an indent were previous people had slept so with the bed being made up of 2 separate beds together it made it a little strange with a hill in the middle. The lighting needs some improvements as packing and looking through bags was difficult in the low light. Housekeeping need to be a little more vigilant as we ran out of soap in the liquid soap dispensers in the bathroom and almost ran out of toilet paper promoting a call to the front desk.

Great location! Short walk from the train station, check in was super easy and friendly. We loved the room, it was clean, comfortable and had lots of space for two. Highly recommend!

About 20min walk to the city centre. It’s quiet but nice.

We were very happy with this hotel. Because it was a suite, the bedroom was separate from the sitting area. It felt more like a condo than a hotel room. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were very helpful with directions, arranging a taxi. Hotel located in a residential area, but close to some decent restaurants. Transit also handy for those taking trams or subway to the central part of Vienna. Very happy with our stay. Highly recommend this place to others.

Lovely hotel, clean, spacious , comfortable. Bit of a walk into the city but obviously can use nearby public transport. Would definitely book here again.

Very spacious rooms and has very good connect to station and big bus tours pick up point . I highly recommend.
