The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Simple, bare-bones hotel. Room was clean but the building and rooms are old and dated. Beds small and uncomfortable. Close to airport which is good for an overnight stay.

The building have a good design and concept , just to say something positive … but is very old and doesn’t have any maintenance , and our room it was dirty , the breakfast says continental and it was just coffee and bread. I will never stay there again.

En las fotos publican que el departamento tiene un sofá y no es cierto, tuvieron que meter una cama y solo por que lo solicité. Hay musica a todo volumen en las mañanas que estuve y nos despiertan muy temprano. La limpieza del hotel es muy mala. En el restaurante me dijeron que solo limpiarían por que lo pedí si no el piso estaría sucio debajo de la mesa. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo y no volveré a estar allí. Puedo concluir que reservé con engaños.

Enjoyed our stay. Was close to everything we needed to walk to. The room was clean and staff was friendly.

Our stay was fine. Very comfortable and clean. The hotel was advertised as having a restaurant & bar, but it did bot say the bar was “non-alcoholic”. Also, the elevator was having problems and we had to take the stairs with our luggage. Fortunately, it was only one floor.

Great service by their personnel. Good installations, just need to fix their elevator to the parking lot on lower level.

Ceiling tiles falling apart, allowing critters to get in. There were geckos in the room. Bathroom floors were filthy. You have to put down a deposit down for basic things like tv remotes, air conditioner, iron, hair dryers... the maids leaves all of the rooms all open in the morning, unattended while they clean them. Just pay a few more bucks a night and stay at the nearby places like Gamma or Posada. Even City Express is better.
