very clean and very close to airport. free shuttle every 30 mins tp DXB (and on time). Cleanliness and comfortness excellent. Unfortunately, you can't request for wake up call because it's an airport hotel (quite acceptable).

The staffs were helpful and I had an amazing stay during my layover in Dubai. They provided a shuttle every 30 minutes which was very convenient—was able to get to the Metro in Terminal 3 DXB using this shuttle before exploring the city!

I had a really pleasant stay. The room was clean and bright, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the furniture was nice and well-maintained. Very comfortable room, clean and tidy

You'll get a vending machine on each floor, so for a lazy person and introvert like me, it is very helpful and convenient. They also provide airport shuttle every 30 mins for 24 hours and this shuttle is very on time. For a short stop in Dubai, this Premier Inn is the best option with a very reasonable price!

The advantages are airport hotel transportation every half hour (24 hours) and luggage transportation to and from the room itself (there is a trolley). The right choice for those with early morning flights.

I am understand about Hotel Regulation and any other accommodation premis. Rule is rule but sometimes the staff and management have to consider the customer 's situation. My arrival time for short transit in Dubai quite late, I check in for the hotel about 3 am in the morning and will be check out around 9 or 10 am at the same day. Since I plan to stay for just couple hours (refresh and clean up only) so I decided to book for 1 room only two (twin sharing) two weeks before. My wife, daugther and my mom accompany me. At the registration counter, I honestly inform the staff at registration counter that I am not in two. Consequently the staff not allow me for check in. I m try to explain to the staff about the situation but unfortunetly the staff insist not allow me to check in and I must add another room for my daugther and mom. Not interested to make any argument, I just book another room and spent about RM340 for room that I don't need and use too.

Good for a early morning flight or a transit.

Everything is smooth, clean and proper. Enjoyed our stay, especially with a nice surprise that we got bathtub in our room.
