Great size room for standard. You get a box back in England for the same price. Huge bed and so comfortable. When I first sat on it I thought the mattress was really firm but because it was memory foam I woke up feeling so fresh every day and my back wasn’t in pain. Same with the pillows. The pillows aren’t wide standard ones so you aren’t so far down the bed. Best sleep we had. Chilled vibes and staff are all so friendly in all departments. I have family from around the area so will definitely stay again. Everything was really clean as well and in working order. The only down side was the car park. I haven’t seen anything so bad before ha! It’s like it’s made for you to scratch your rental car. You can try find parking outside but not guaranteed. Thank you

Hotel has a lovely terrace and pool area, although the room is dated and furniture and bathroom are not what you would expect from a quality 4 star hotel.

So much about the hotel was fabulous. Loved how calm and quiet it was, with no musak playing. Staff superb. Cleanliness superb.

The rooms and pool area are very nice and very clean. The parking situation is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. The COVID restrictions should be improved at breakfast.

Overall the staff teams were friendly and obliging- especially the reception staff. Our room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Unfortunately, there were issues which we believe made this a 3-star hotel at best: Many clients disrespected and blatantly breached the hotel's stated policy by leaving their beach towels unattended on sunbeds for hours at a time. The management did not act to enforce their own advertised policy of removing these towels despite our requests when we had nowhere to sit. Reception asked pool staff to provide us with beds but they gave them to other guests who just happened to be near them despite our direct protests. Then by the time they brought out another set for us, there was nowhere to put them! A stressful situation and all because there were so many towels left on unattended beds and management would not follow its policy. When we arrived for breakfast at the opening time of 8.00 am much of the food was just warm. Scrambled eggs were cold. At one breakfast sitting a staff member was doing her hair in front of the mirrored walls area - very unprofessional.

Very good hotel, rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Generally food is good. The only downside is all rooms have a safe but to use it you have to pay 4.50 euros a day or 16.00 euros a week. Which I think is a liberty why have them??? Quiet a few people carry’s a back pack with them to the pool area with all their valuables. I think this hotel is run by Tui/Thompson Holidays so a lot of people are on package holidays.

Superb hotel, difficult to find fault. Spotlessly clean, great service, good facilities. Only ate in the restaurant once (breakfast) which was terrific. Short walk to the beach and close to shopping centre with shops, bars, restaurants and a small supermarket. The only possible downside is that a large new hotel is being built next to this one and there is construction noise and a reduction in the available free parking. My room was fine as it was opposite the building work but some rooms will be affected by noise at least for a while. But, all in all, very highly recommended.

Hotel was spotless clean. Great position . Staff polite. Food was very poor. Even tried a la carte menu and had to send food back twice. Also hotel not very welcoming for English clients. At any general presentation spoke Spanish which you accepted but then only spoke German. Should also have been made aware of major building works next door which causes us to move rooms. Sancti-Petri itself stunning.

It’s an old hotel which feels like a cruise ship. The room and pool was nice enough. It’s more like a 3star. The food isn’t great and there’s not much open in the town in March. But it was a relaxing stay. Service was good and staff was friendly.

Great hotel on a fantastic beach, spotlessly clean and plenty of good food. Area is a bit too golf orientated and tends to cater for the German public that aside very enjoyable

On arrival we were told by the very helpful receptionist that it was the day before the seasonal shutdown. Although he was great and changed our room to one with a sea view, the room was not prepared properly. No tea/coffee facilities, mini bar empty, no robes for the spa. The food was average at best with many items on both the lunch and breakfast menus not available. The rest of the staff were indifferent and mostly unhelpful. Not a hotel we'll be rushing back to.
