Clean, comfortable beds. Walkable area.

Awesome place to stay. Supper quirky and fun. 4 of us stayed and loved our room. Parking was a huge bonus. Would recomend.

Our room/washroom was still dirty. And as can happen the room had a few bugs. Manager refused to listen or assist as my party simply did not feel comfortable stay there.

A única coisa negavitiva que tenho a dizer, é que o quarto não me cheira a "limpo". De resto estava tudo óptimo, a localização é muito boa, os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos. No geral, foi um experiência positiva.

I was in this hotel twice this year. The last time I had a good experience and gave positive review. But this time the room was not clean or comfortable. The mattress was uncomfortable and the room was unkempt and old. The only positive was friendly staff.

The front desk ladies were very nice so as a lady prepared breakfast. The breakfast was plenty and cozy.

excellent hotel, great little find and a good alternative to central Porto. Staff on front desk were first rate. Nearby cafes and bars offer good variety of food and drink. Car park was free but in the depths under the building and quite cramped, small cars only! Would recommend 100%

A few issues with check-in resulting from problems with Hotels.com, but Sonia at reception handled them professionally and well. A very nice room for the price and an excellent breakfast.

Clean cozy room with all the commodities , free parking although not advised for everyone specially the way up to leave the parking is a bit hard ,ok breakfast and very good location. It's a 2 star hotel so you get what you payed for but I have payed more for less in other hotels ...

Im Zentrum gelegen und gut erreichbar. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Personal war freundlich, das Hotel selbst hatte etwas den Hochhaus Charme der 70ziger Jahre, die renovierten Zimmer waren aber OK und sauber. Das Frühstück war reichlich und gut.

Hotel antigo, mas foi a única opção em São João da Madeira que tinha quarto para minha família. O ponto alto é a localização. Café da manhã OK, nada demais.

Lage sehr zentral, furchtbare enge Tiefgarage, Zimmer haben die beste Zeit schon hinter sich, Frühstücks Saal eher schmutzig und Frühstück ok. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, gute Englisch-Kenntnisse

Hotel com condições aceitáveis. Precisa de uma remodelação com algum bom gosto, nomeadamente disfarçar a canalização que foi feita por fora. Um bom pequeno almoço, e uma excelente limpeza. Funcionários atenciosos. Estadia dentro do expectável.
