Vary nice hotel outside busy pesaro..arrived on a motorbike and they looked after me .Nice room Nice pool busy though. Ok breakfast. And although there isn’t a in-house restaurant 300 metres away is a lovely traditional Italian family run eatery..if any criticism is that the breakfast staff are more keen how the buffet looks than what the clients want...overall its a lovely hotel and i will definitely stay there again on my way to Greece or back to uk

Stunningly beautiful property, clean and comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff. It is a short drive to Fano. We had a wonderful time here and would recommend it to anyone that would like a luxurious hotel for a very fair price.

Second visit - my wife loves it. All super except no coffee/ tea making in the room and no restaurant onsite for evenings. There are several places to eat very near by, but in the morning many of us like a warm drink to wake up with. I did mention it at reception and apparently they are considering doing so in the more upmarket rooms! By the way the cheaper rooms are not very roomy, but the better rooms are more spacious and very comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and being improved.

The hotel is very comfortable and all requests and expectations were met. Breakfast was very good. The grounds and pool outstanding. The location is a bit more remote than we anticipated but great as a retreat.

What a magnificent spot. The villa grounds and pool (just next to the hotel) are truly special and gorgeous in an Italian villa fantasy sort of way. The room was very clean. Decor was a bit old in the room and bathroom had a tiny shower. Breakfast was nice... definitely eat it outside if possible. The staff was helpful and kind. The star of this place e is the beautiful old villa, it’s gardens, the pool, and the surrounding grounds.

Excellent hotel, service and facilities. Designated as a 4 star but deserves a 5 star classification. If you’re travelling near Pesaro and surroundings don’t miss the opportunity to stay at Cattani Stuart Hotel, a true gem in the Pesaro region.

Set in a great location. The old villa and gardens are stunning and make for a great place to relax. Rooms are in a newer building right next door and are decent. The staff is very friendly and helpful

This hotel is part of the grounds where the Villa is, we has the opportunity to take in the whole of the spectacular estate as we were there for a wedding. There is a pool set in the most scenic and unique setting, the Italian gardens are exquisite - really the whole property is kept to the highest standard of restoration and beauty. There are so many areas that are picture perfect. The staff is extraordinary in helping you and everything about the hotel is truly first rate. In addition to all this the food is delicious, the breakfast was most satisfactory - I truly appreciated the soy milk, fresh fruit, veg and whole cereals. The only very minor improvement would be to upgrade the hair dryer, in the case there could be a larger shower (as American we need large spaces) and more toiletries provided such as lotion and conditioner.

Excellent property with minor flaws (a true hairdryer is a must for a 4star hotel as beautiful as this and the one provided in the room is unacceptably subpar). The personnel is extremely nice and welcoming and the service overall is excellent. It would be nice if the hotel could improve by providing some type of food service. Being in Pesaro for the Rossini Opera Festival, the shuttle service back and forth from downtown was an excellent idea (although a bit pricey). Great stay overall!

The facilities, staff and service at the hotel are excellent. The only downside or maybe upside depending upon your point of view is that it is a few miles from the centre of Pesaro.

The place is amazing and the gardens are being restored. Rooms are nice but very plain though very comfortable-beds excellent. The reception area is beautiful and staff wonderful and so polite and helpful. Breakfast was good though the main waiter could try smiling! They will make omelette but they don’t offer, you have to ask. The choice is excellent but they can be slow to bring out fresh fruits when they run low. The pool area is delightful and spotless. They currently do not offer evening meals but the restaurant 250 metres along the road is fantastic Cantina Vecchia. Only other negative was noise of grass being cut in mid afternoon when everyone was by the pool!
