Great location, easy check-in, room with gorgeous view of the monastery.

Smart, clean and tidy hotel, perfectly situated in the centre of Alcobaca, and reasonably priced including breakfasts. Our superior room looking out across the monastery and magnificent church, both a must to visit.

Very quiet during our stay (Sept) both within the hotel and around the property. Easy parking within a gated lot. Staff spoke English very well. Breakfast buffet was good - appreciated the delicious slices of fresh fruit. The main square in front of the monastery was just steps away. Very convenient location.

It's a basic hotel but central. Breakfast it's below average. Good views to the monastery.

Amazing location. A little bit dated but perfect for what we needed.

We were shocked to see this hotel in such an old condition and in need of renovations. Old carpets, stale smell in our room, old linens, but clean. The breakfast room was styled like a high school cafeteria with cheap tables and chairs. The continental breakfast was just acceptable with the standard fruits and eggs. Limited choices. . We had the impression that the staff were unhappy as nobody said good morning or offered any smiles, even at check-in. This hotel could be fantastic given its location mere steps to the famous and amazing Monastery de Santa Maria. The reason people would choose here is it is a budget price. (We spent our savings on great restaurants). We would not stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Mosteiro. Both free and paid parking options but only about 4-5 free spots. Many dining options nearby. Property is a little dated and the room's carpet definitely needed some shampooing or replacement.

hotel was clean and staff friendly. Rooms are getting abit tired and worn, TV too small and poor picture quality. I didn't like that there was blankets on the bed.

You can't beat the view of the Monastery from this hotel. Very conveniently located with enough shopping and dining options within walking distance.

A little old but located steps from the monastery

The property it's the most central in Alcobaca. This is our 2nd stay. Main reason to return it's central. However carpets needs to be changed we upgraded for a balcony there is only a few. But no table or anything. In general it's good but dated and carpets should have been replaced years ago. Breakfast it's a bit on basic side for the side of the hotel.

Like a hotel 6 in US but a bit worse

Nice place to spend one night, clean, quiet good breakfast.

Staff was professional and accommodating. Parking facilities were very good. Property nice and clean. Need better pillows and need to provide body gel and shampoo like other hotels. Enjoyed the stay.
