Excellent staff and well located for the tram and parking. Well appointed too, and a gold breakfast.

Dodgy connection from Hotels.com to the RadonPlaza booking system, but resolved after a few minutes drama. Friendly, helpful staff, cavernous rooms, great breakfast and a ROTATING 15th floor restaurant!!!!! Close (just 2km) to the airport and great value for money.

The hotel room was dated. Bed linens were not fresh. The restaurant staff was super slow and not attentive. The food was good.

Not a 5 star hotel in any part of the world. More like a 3. Check in time listed is wrong as well as the “free parking” that doesn’t exist. They also don’t allow early check in by even 20 min unless you pay extra. No water in the room or mini bar, when requested we were told there’s no one available to bring any sort of room service.

“We were deceived by the hotel’s exterior appearance and star rating. This was the worst hotel we stayed in during our Balkan trip. The ventilation is nonexistent and it smells terrible. I couldn’t capture the smell in a photo, so there’s no picture. If I had to rate it, I’d give it 1 out of 10, or even -5 out of 5. The carpets are dirty, the bed linens are dirty—it’s a very low-quality hotel. Those considering this hotel should definitely look at the negative reviews and make their decision accordingly. Hotels are what make a vacation enjoyable, but unfortunately, we stayed here for one night, and my family couldn’t sleep because of the smell.”

Our 2 night stay was amazing! The property is beautiful and clean, the staff is highly professional and accommodating, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the views from the restaurant level are the best in town!

Very Smokey from cigarettes…I do not smoke but my clothes smelled of smoke.

All staff is professional and polite. Room is spacious, clean and beautifully designed. Hotel is perfectly located close to shopping, restaurants, highways. The 15th floor restaurant is beautiful and provides great all arround city views. Food is first class - worthy of 5 star hotel. All together we were impressed and 5 stars are well deserved.

Off season hotel pool shut only 2 station in sauna soup cold plates cold so food not 5 star staf ffriendly and help full

Everything was fine except the parking, when I booked the room, it showed that free parking, but I was required to pay the parking when I checked out.

As always staff are amazing!!!!! Our flight was super early in the morning before breakfast time and staff made sure we had a breakfast box full of stuff!!! Thank you!!!!!

I didnt like the fact that pool was not working or sauna. The AC in the hotel was non existent. We changed original room but it was still hot in the room. The staff was very nice and professional.

Really great hotel supported by friendly staff. I would like to thank Denis Memic and his staff for making both my friends and myself some late dinner which I had not planned in advance. He actually made it for us at very short notice and was very accommodating. The hotel is located close to the airport and is well positioned to visit the old town centre.

Its 5 stars!! From welcoming frond desk Dalila to housekeeper Mirsada to Sanid at bar to Dane, everyone was great!! Hotel is super clean, bed comfortable, view is priceless. We used restaurant on 15th floor and loved it. We will be back.
