Fantastic only sound can be heard from outside

Hi, our stay at Sensa was very comfortable. However, the soundproofing in the rooms was poor. I rented two rooms, and the room next door was banging on my mother and children's room while they were watching TV. A heated swimming pool is a good idea.

My experience staying here for only one night, I was very satisfied with the facilities, food, and the hospitality of staff members, EXCEPT for one front desk receptionist named Shiva. If there was any misunderstanding regarding the facilities offered by the app and hotel policies, the receptionist should still provide information with a smile and friendly manner. Shiva, you have to learn a lot about hospitality and how to deal with customers in the most engaging and friendly manner.

The location is very strategic in the mall, lots of food and shopping centers in Cihampelas mall.

However, there are some shortcomings with this hotel. The front office/reception staff (female) were unfriendly and slow. Customer service was also lacking, with no smiles and a sullen air. Room preparation took a long time, so I had to wait almost an hour to get into my room. Upon entering, the room still smelled fishy, as if it had been mopped. The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast, which was varied and tasty. The location is convenient, as it's adjacent to a mall.
