the room is really cool....the facilities are really good

It was great to stay here, always option to bring big family cause. It has common space, and very spacious

The staff was friendly, but the service was quite slow. I asked for water (which was charged), and it took over an hour to get it after several calls to customer service. The room was different from the one I stayed in a few years ago, even though it was the same type with 3 rooms. Now it seems smaller. When I entered the room, the AC wasn't cooling, and there was no phone signal. I called the IT team on my cell phone to check the situation, but again, IT never arrived. After 1.5 hours, when the room attendant brought my suitcase to my room, he finally took care of the phone and AC issues.

Family friendly, clean, spacious rooms

1. There were a lot of cockroaches around the kitchen/microwave, so we contacted the staff to clean it. 2. When we requested additional towels, it took more than an hour for us to confirm via intercom, but the connection was poor, as if no one answered. 3. When checking out, the staff informed us that we had to disconnect our e-money to avoid being charged. We decided to take the car out of the basement and go through the hotel lobby. After following the winding road, we found that the road led straight out onto the street...

Large rooms, living room, and a convenient location in the city center.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the front desk staff were very helpful and made things easy, no hassle at all. The first night I got a room on the 11th floor with a view of the city and parking. The second night I was moved to the 29th floor and got a better view. Breakfast was quite good and had a lot of choices. The interior is almost old-fashioned, but for the price of 1,250 in the city center, it's okay. There are 3 rooms (1 master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, 1 room with a single bed measuring 120x200, and 1 empty room without a bed that can be used by the driver), 1 bathroom outside, a washing machine, an ironing place with an iron, and a maid's bathroom (but you have to bring a ladle). Overall, I had a happy 2-night stay here because all the employees were really helpful. Continued success for Aryaduta.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, really top

The hotel's location is strategic and close to the city center and government center, as well as friendly and helpful staff.

all good except the lifts which only have 3 and only 2 are operational so if you want to use the lift it takes a long time to wait. once it was fully open :( asked for a mat in the bathroom from day 1 of our stay until we checked out it didn't come. asked for plates and bowls (which they said should be available in the room) also didn't come. maybe many people requested or what, I don't know :( thank you anyway for the 2 days, Aryaduta Semanggi..

Description: double bed but only one bed, plus the receptionist took a long time to answer the phone... more than 10 calls were only answered

I will never stay at this hotel again. 3 BR room was given only 3 towels and I had to ask for them because the data was not available. Asking for additional ones was only given 1. The elevator is slow and always very full. The receptionist had to call several times because they didn't answer. The bell boy came half an hour later and the goods arrived an hour later. I was annoyed because I wanted to check out at 11.30 finished at 13.20 even though I was with my children and the elderly. Well, Aryaduta you should consider about your hotel management 👎🏻👎🏻 and none of your staff were saying sorry..

pillowcases, yellow and stained sheets, dirty bed headboard and furniture, old-fashioned interior but it doesn't matter as long as it's clean, luckily the bathroom was clean, overall I won't be coming here again, no wonder it's cheap for the price of 3 rooms but it's not like that.

The place is suitable for families, spacious rooms complete with kitchen and washing machine.

The elevator is always slow and something is always broken.

One of my bad experiences was the elevator. With only 3 elevators, I think it is not sufficient to accomodate the whole tenants in this more than 50 floor building. I saw some customers were locked in one of the elevators for several minutes with no airconditioner in the elevator, it was hot. It tooke me a 10 min wait just to have an elevator coming to my floor. Another is the parking lot, I did not like the parking lot of the hotel, it is too narrow mixed with the appartment tenants, no dedicated lots, no standby officer or staff, quite confusing for me. Other than that, it was quite worthy to stay in this hotel if you bring your family member as they offer different room type. Very suitable for a big family.

Nice. The location is really good, the service is also good, but there are some bathroom facilities that need to be updated, such as the closet, sometimes it can't be flushed.
