This hotel already be my kids favorite to stay. the pool is clean and spacious. the staffs were incredibly friendly. The room was nice and clean but adding air freshner in the room and bathroom would be perfect.

easy check in-check out. comfortable room, complete facilities, unfortunately we got a room that was far from the lobby (take the positive, it was also a place to exercise🤭) btw, this hotel is my wife's childhood memory, because she often stayed here when on vacation, so I booked it because I wanted to feel nostalgic. unfortunately I haven't had the chance to try the swimming here & the food. next time....

my husband check-in in the night they didn’t have any bell boy. the hotel is huge, good scenery, staff friendly. this hotel gives cheap price, got upgrade room for free also. clean and not smelly at all. in there also have small shop, which sell a cheap clothes. thank you

A very comfortable hotel and suitable for a place to find peace.

It was overall good, but there were two receptionist, one young lady and the older one. The older one wasn't too friendly, maybe next time she could smile more to make guest feel comfortable. I've been staying in Lombok Raya for more than 4 times. Prior stays were all great. But, my last stay was not really good to remember.

The hotel is relaxing, the place is spacious, the kids love it.

Staff was nice and friendly. The only thing that needs to be changed is the aircon wasn't cool enough and the safety box wasn't working properly.
