My experience staying in an executive room on the 10th floor, the AC blower was quite noisy. The AC was cool but not too cold, during the day it was a bit stuffy, a mix of cold and warm. The sound of elevator activity could be heard, as could the rumbling of the AC machine on the roof. The room was not quiet. The bathtub had a patched crack. Water in the sink and bathtub was stagnant. The additional door lock was broken and had not been repaired. The room atmosphere was not luxurious, just ordinary. The lobby was not too cold, the hallway was warm. Sorry, this is my honest review, yes.
