A fantastic place to stay after arriving at Santander on the first night of our biking trip. On the gateway of the Pyrenees where we will be staying the next two nights. Staff attentive, warm and welcoming. Thoroughly recommend - excellent value for money - free underground secure parking

Large room with balcony overlooking the square. The shutter would not close so had to pin a blanket up but it decided to work in the morning!🤔 I asked for 2 extra pillows several times but they never appeared. Couldn't get heating to work so was quite chilly. No kettle. Bar had reasonable priced food and breakfast good. Free underground parking a bonus but limited spaces.
