The room and breakfast were comfortable. Management should not complicate parking for visitors. Even though they've registered, the parking desk says they're waiting for authorization from another department to approve it for free. This takes a long time, so we end up having to pay.

The location is excellent, right in the city center. The surrounding area is also pleasant. Check-in was smooth. The comfort of the room, breakfast, and hotel amenities were all satisfactory.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, but the AC in the main room wasn't cooling. Other amenities were fine. The breakfast menu was also suitable and everything was perfect.

Everything was great, check-out went smoothly, our room was comfortable, and breakfast, thank God, was delicious and varied. The staff were also excellent, helpful and humble.

Our stay was quite comfortable and pleasant. We'll stay here again next time.
