Close to airport bus connection

Nossa maravilhoso!!!! Não posso reclamar desse hotel, as camas de solteiros era bem pequena das que eu já estou acostumada mais…… tudo lá estava e foi perfeito! Ficaria lá novamente com certeza.

Very convenient hotel in the center of Belo Horizonte. It is a few steps away from the Airport Connection Bus Terminal with regular comfortable and safe bus service to Confins Airport. This hotel is basic but adequate, always clean with quick check in. Breakfast is good with adequate variety for all tastes. Rooms are clean and large with comfortable beds. My only issue with this hotel is their WiFi and Internet connection. The Internet is somewhat slow and the WiFi often drops out requiring reconnection with password input.

Spacious room with 3 comfortable twin beds, towels should be thrown away and bought new ones. Breakfast varied but regular. I had option of GF bread ordered in advance. Around the hotel there are homeless people sleeping on the floor. To have Wi Fi you have to register every time you return to the hotel. At the reception they do not speak Spanish, very difficult to communicate and ask for directions.

So so hotel. Clean, but not at all comfortable. For example, the Wi-Fi was horrible as we had to re-join multiple times every day. The table in the bedroom is sized for a child, but not an adult. The elevator to move bags from the ground floor to reception did not work.

I arrived early and they were able to have my room ready before the normal time. The location is perfect for those who are going to the CNF airport by the bus service as it is just on the street below the hotel. Over all I would use it again for sure.

Fantastic hotel. Very central location walkable to all the main attractions and restaurants. The area is very safe and our stay was very comfortable

Great place

This was my second time staying at the Plaza Lourdes and it was a nice stay. I stayed for 8 nights and hotel was clean and quiet. Special thanks to Sara one of the cleaning ladies that was very nice and helpful. Only complaint was the Wifi connection that was terrible in my room in order to use it I needed to go to the 5th Floor.

It is all good.

I stayed at this property twice during a two week stay in BH. The customer service is great. Jonathan is the man. He went extra mile to accommodate clients. Because of him I am planning to come back

The hotel location was perfect, I could walk to the city, stores, mall, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, etc.. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Hotels very nice overall, rooms are decent size. Room and hotel is very clean and staff was very friendly. I stayed here originally, did some traveling ; then returned to this hotel after a few days. They were very welcoming. I will return.

The property was clean, good size room and very quite. It was the raining season, not many people around. The guy in the front desk Wesley was very helpfu. The rain did not permit us to explore more and see the places we had in mind.
