I've stayed here twice. The atmosphere is homey, clean, and the staff helpful. Chats for reservations and other inquiries are quick and quick, and the wait time is quick. Recommended. I'll stay here again if I ever come to Bali.

It's easier because you can communicate via WhatsApp while at the hotel (yes, but you have to be patient because there are many people serving). The main thing is, don't suddenly start singing dangdut, hehe. The sanitation in the toilet needs improvement. Occasionally, there's a bad smell (out of 4 days of staying, I smelled the smell from the sewer three times, maybe) but overall it's okay. I was given another free room upgrade. Thank you.

I stayed 3 days and 2 nights. On the first day, for breakfast, the menu for kids didn't have much variety. My son is 5 years old. On the second day, they had several kid-friendly menus (not spicy and yummy). Overall, the room and the pool were okay.

Overall very good, except disturbed by noise from neighboring projects.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the facilities are complete, there is a swimming pool, fitness, pilates, and a varied breakfast menu.

Because I wanted to show mermaid at Varuna Bali, I stayed at Cakra from June 26th to July 1st. The pool is about 3 meters deep, which is good for mermaid practice. I checked in at the superior room and got a complimentary Balinese milk pie. There is a dispenser outside the room. Breakfast was standard. The AC in the room was broken, dripping, I complained to the receptionist, and the technician even came at night to fix it. There are often weddings/birthday parties. The meeting room facilities are quite large. On the last day, I extended to a larger Suite room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Overall, it was okay.

It's a shame we only stayed here for one night. After checking in, I really wanted to stay longer. The staff was very friendly, the Sanur Harbor is only 4 minutes away when traffic is smooth, and they were willing to prepare breakfast early for takeout. Thank you, The Cakra Hotel; if we ever go back to Bali, we'll definitely stay here again.

For its value, the stay was pretty worth it. I had some work to attend to around Denpasar; the location was pretty good, along the main road. Quite surprising to see the big space inside the hotel, a resort in the middle of the city.

The rooms are spacious and clean, but because the hotel is so large, the parking lot is quite far, about 120 meters... which is good for exercising. There are plenty of food stalls nearby.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, offering explanations. They provided free upside down and a welcome snack in their room. The downside was the room was far away, and the second floor required stairs. The upside was the beautiful view, making it feel like home.

Good choice if looking a quiet place hotel for rest, swimming pool for family, and near Sanur Beach

For a stay with two adults and one child aged 6, an extra cash fee was added for breakfast. The food was very poor, and the service was completely unsatisfactory.

Everything was fine. The breakfast was delicious. There were plenty of pools, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful.

Have stayed 4 times with the kids 👍🏻👍🏻. Got a free room upgrade, spacious clean yard, outside room, clean, very helpful & fast service staff, large & long swimming pool, ask for room service quickly, there is a drinking water dispenser in front of the room. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
