We've a little bit shock when went to the barhroom. The bath tub was cracking, the soap dispenser was not well mounted. But, oke... I think this is an old hotel, but they manage to clean it well. But when it comes to our check out day. We're supposed to check out at 12.00. So early in the morning we go out from our hotel to do some activities. When we come back around 11.20s, one of our room (we booked 2 rooms), was opened wide and 2 of the staff were sitting and eating in our room. Our luggage was collected in other room, but some of our stuff still there. Even we have to asked where was my son jacket that previously left in that room. Not to mention our bottled drink that still left in the fridge. We got out jacket back, but come and sit in our room while we haven't checked out yet is unacceptable for me.

The sound of the bed from the room above was very clearly audible downstairs, so my little child asked, "Mom, what's that sound? What are you doing that makes the mattress make springs sound (adults will definitely understand what that means)."

Family member in another room had bed not fit or safe for anyone to sleep on. Spinal cord will hit the spring bed bottom. Bed should be discarded before anyone gets hurt. Fortunately was able to change room for a decent safe bed.

Quite pleasant, staff are friendly, quite helpful in providing information.

This hotel not consequence with chek in Early special in app can, but hotel not giving it. So I just once in my life to try this hotel!

Disappointed with this hotel. We booked and paid for a room for 2 beds. But the reason from the app was that it did not inform the hotel that we booked 2 beds. So we were only given a single bed. And this hotel is not family friendly.

Hotel close to Orchard. Very good service. Even though the hotel is old, it is clean.

Basically a filthy room dominated by cockroaches and dirty, dusty facilities. Be prepared to stare at the black hole on the ceiling in the shower. I survived their 3 nites, yey!

I have stayed at this hotel since 2011 and it is still good until now.

The room is spacious with reasonable price. 10 minutes walk to eateries place at shopping mall.

1. Untuk CS ok ramah 👍, 2. Untuk fasilitas kamar 👎, (banyak semut), keperluan KM sabun, handuk bolong mendingan beli or bawa sendiri, botol minum & kopi beli sendiri. Tv 16 inch channel ala kadarnya -/+ 8 channel. 3. Untuk ketenangan berisik ada yang ketok ketok ga tau kerja atau apa? 4. Di bilang jelek tapi ramai 😀 banyak yang reserve makanya susah nilainya. Semoga diperbaikin intuk fasilitas kamarnya.

Air untuk mandi kecil. Keras keras. Kamar mandi agak bau. Handuknya tidak putih bersih.

The hotel is old and the beds are all itchy.

The location was very strategic and quite close to Dhoby Ghaut MRT station. We booked a family room, it turned out to be larger and more spacious than we expected. The bathroom was OK and quite big. The receptionists were friendly old uncles who praised my handwriting.

The lift was small, the lock of the room was suspiciously threatening. The room can be entered by a key. When turning the key, the door was not locked previously. No wonder, there was no button to lock on the doorknob. Only security was a chain lock. First encounter was a small roach running from the bed towards the chair. The room was gloomy and felt old style. The bathroom was scary, the bathtub felt unclean. Had to face the situation for 1 night, if have extra money. Immediately, would change place to the nearest hotel.

I really love this hotel. With this budget in Singapore you cannot find a large room. Even a bathtub inside. Although the furniture is old but that still OK. AC works well, hot water works well.
