The bathroom had mold and needs new sealing around the tub to prevent it. The tv was the size of my forearm. The air conditioning did not work. When i called the front desk about it, they sent a 8 inch mini fan to my room for the 2 remainder days. Not enjoyable in the slightest.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of town. We could walk easily anywhere we wanted. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you don't speak Spanish, use your Google Translate app as most people here in Chile don't speak English. We had beautiful views of the city on the 9th floor. I would come back again

Location

This hotel is in a great location near a plaza and shopping. It was quiet and comfortable. The staff was courteous and accommodated my need for a late check-out. The Internet was only fast during off-peak times.

We were unfortunate to arrive whilst the forest fires were about, and the city appeared deserted even though it was around 21:00 on a Saturday evening.

The staff at this hotel were not overly friendly. The rooms were very basic and lacking things like a kettle/iron which other cheaper hotels offer. The TV was not particularly great. The curtains in the room were like paper so the room stayed quite light all night. The breakfast is okay but nothing special. Overall it's fine to stay in, just not as good as we were expecting.

A comfortable room with friendly and efficient staff. Within sight of main plaza and other downtown sites within walking distance. Better than average breakfast and good room maintenance provided. Old style softer bed mattress. Would stay there again if returning to city. Chile has many stray dogs in major cities and Concepcion has more of them gathering in packs than we saw elsewhere in the country. When congregated in the Plaza nearby their barking can be annoying.

Fue buena mi estadía.

Buena ubicación. Antiguo, pero bien mantenido, limpio, silencioso. Estacionamiento para los huéspedes y el desayuno abundante y variado.

Se podría mejorar el tema del desagüe, realmente para tan maravilloso habitan e increíble construcción el desagüe pme pareció una vergüenza, tener que dar leo agua más de 3 veces es demasiado para tan bellísimo lugar

Bien, recomendaría actualizar la calefacción de la pieza.

Publicidad engañosa al decir que tienen gimnasio y en verdad no disponen de ello.

Es un alojamiento en buen estado pero se nota mucho es muy antiguo

El desayuno muy bueno y variado. Ofrecen tostadas francesas, algo que no he visto en los desayunos bufete de otros hoteles. Todo muy limpio y muy atentos en todo momento. El único detalle es que el aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación no funcionaba pero tampoco hizo mucha falta ya que hubo buen clima durante nuestra estadía pero puede ser un aspecto a considerar
