The hotel is located in a very good location, with the high street a few minutes walk away. The room itself in terms of size and contents was fine too. I've downgraded my score because of hot water issue and the WiFi. The WiFi was terrible. It felt like my room was on the very edge of the signal and it kept cutting off or speed was so slow. It was fast if you went to the reception area. And hot water would take such a long time to come. I had to shower with Luke warm water after leaving the shower on for a good amount of time, waiting for the hot water before giving up which seems a recurring issue throughout my stay in Chile.

Staff were brilliant, loved the hotel generally- difficult to get hot water for a shower but the hotel was so lovely I wouldn’t hesitate to return

It is a very basic old-fashioned hotel. The staff however are very helpful. The restaurant isnt bad but the ambiance is ruined by the incredible brightness of the room. Breakfast isnt bad.

The staff were wonderful the hot water was steaming and strong. Nice breakfast to be had, delicious cakes and pastries.

small hotel, double beds, or single twins beds, warm but not hot water in bathroom shower, small rooms.. very comfortable beds.. dated furniture, food in the dining room passable but not great.. only instant coffee for breakfast.. not brewed..

I wish will be more english speaking at the service desk.

The hotel is on the edge of the old city of La Serena but was generally quiet (except for the Saturday night when a function downstairs went on until at least 4AM). The hotel is under major renovation and work seemed to be going on everywhere. My room was newly renovated and quite nice. Parking was secure. The restuarant was adequate but not inspiring. There are few restaurants in the old city open in the evening; everything is at the beach a couple of kilometres away.

A equipe foi muito atenciosa e gentil, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Hotel sempre muito limpo e organizado e quarto sempre cheiroso . Estão de parabéns !!!

Habitaciones en pésimo estado y limpieza deplorable . Camas muy blandas y remodelación de baño a medias … arañas salían todos los días ; mal olor en habitaciones; mala ventilación; calefacción encendida en verano y radiadores sin poder apagarse ; ropa de cama muy deficiente ; artículos de aseo pésima calidad ; piscina nada que ver con la foto que exponen ; fachada desintegrándose por fuera ; falta de aseo en el recinto en general ; clavos por doquier dentro de la propiedad y estacionamiento; destornilladores tirados en el suelo donde pasan personas y automóviles ; jardines sin Mantencion ; ventanas renovadas pero limpieza de los restos quedaron ahí mismo … baños con pestillos faltantes de clavos para asegurar puertas … todo a medias … terrible experiencia. Un hotel que solía ser el mejor en Serena se convirtió en un dos estrellas con mucho esfuerzo y siendo benevolente gracias a la simpatía de dos recepcionistas que intentaron hacer de mi estadía un poco más grata .

El hotel es antiguo, pero muy bien conservado, limpio, es bastante cómodo y bien ubicado. El personal es muy amable. Es una buena opción.

Hotel muito bonito,enorme. Nos remete aos áureos tempos dos grandes hotéis,com pompa e sofisticação. Salão de café incrível. Algumas reformas resolveriam problemas pontuais. Ótima localização.

Muy buen hotel

Hotel antiguo venido a menos, mal mantenido, mobiliario escaso y viejo. Ropa de cama pobre e inadecuada, sin calefacción . Desayuno bueno servido en comedor enorme e inhóspito. Una pena.

Hôtel très bien situé dans La SERENA, petite agréable et accueillante. Mérite le détour. Accueil de l'hôtel en travaux. Ne pas s'y arrêter un jour férié. Pas de responsable pour résoudre les différents.
