Stayed at the end of the season and hotel probably in need of a little post season TLC. Staff very friendly, we had the pool area to ourselves most days and they still had bar area attended. Pool was dirty so couldn’t swim but we didn’t fuss when it was only us. Rooms functional and very clean, plenty of hot water. Daily maid service and room left pristine beach day. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows and blankets. We would definitely stay again as was extremely good value for money and a brilliant location for exploring the area.

We felt disappointed because this resort must have been fabulous years ago but it’s tired now and the pool was filthy and the filter system didn’t seem to be working. Thank goodness for the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the rooms.

The weather was extremely hot and the pool was closed with no reason given this was very disappointing

Lovely hotel in great position

Overall it was just okay. The place could do with a bit of an upgrade with the road outside a virtual construction site. The room was cold despite air conditioning set to hot while the toilet wouldn't flush properly. Other than that it was fine but far from luxurious

The hotel was well positioned but bedrooms were in need of updating and small staff brilliant and pool area and proximity to beach ideal.

When my wife and I arrived at the check in desk we were told that we did not have a booking we were horrified I told them that we had and I insisted she check her computer again, after about 20 minutes she agreed that we had, then she insisted that we payed 803 euros. at this point my wife and I were shaking. Eventually it was agreed that we had paid, then we were told to go to our room with a signal with back of her hand. When we arrived at our room I was disappointed to see that there was no fridge, drinking warm water night/morning was not ideal. To make our mood even worse that evening we found out that the hotel restaurant and bar were closed and would remain closed for the rest of our holiday. We had to have late drink in a bar accessible by walking under a motorway. I do not know the reason for the closure as they refused to tell us. All in all a very disappointing experience we will not be coming back.

Your staff are amazing

We arrived at 10pm we had to pay in advance 530euro the room was very tired no English t v no tea and coffee in room we had a fridge motor stop and started all night not a good night sleep complains to staff fell on deaf ears no swimming poll closed spar closed both advertised as open the grounds was nothing like website if you continue to advertise this Property it won't do anything for your company we was glad to get home it was a very bad expetiance

I booked this hotel for six days. When we arrived there at reception which was outside of hotel .( like a small outlet ) A gentleman asked our details and he took payment. He carried our cases up a narrow stairs and opened a door into room.This room was very small dark and cold no blankets on bed. You stated there was a TV there but this was Spanish only TV. There was no one around and it had a deserted feel. We eventually left and got our money back but they tool one days payment. It is very unfair on people to advertise wrongly and charge so much.They were charging over 460€ to me. Not good.

This resort is very clean and well run friendly staff and very quiet at this time of year because it’s there winter season

Walking through the entrance I felt I was entering the Marigold!!!! The hotel is old fashioned in a good way. Breakfast is table service & the staff are warm & friendly. Especial thanks to Teresa for looking after our group of 5. The bedrooms are large but the bathrooms are dated & fixtures & fittings are old , but very clean The location is hidden in a quiet redential area, but is a short walk to the beach & bars & resturants. There is plenty of free parking available near the hotel

The resort was quite nice. The room was nice and quiet with a balcony. Only thing missing was a fridge. Pool was massive and can use all the facilities including tennis courts and gym. Lolli at reception was great. Internet did not work in the room though, nor anywhere else. Walking distance to the beach and LA Zenia Boulevard with shops and restaurants. Heaps of free parking outside. Restaurant is a bit overpriced but food is good.

We enjoyed a week in orihuela costa hotel. Room was basic and small but it had a good size terrace overlooking the pool area. Each day we got water to the room along with towels to use around the pool area. The swimming pool is excellent with nice gardens around it. The hotel has a bar with food who's waiters were nice polite. The beach of la zenia was only 300 meters away with la zenia shops & restaurants with 5 minute walk. Enjoyable stay and we will be back

Al parecer era la única clienta del hotel, que parecía abandonada. Quise usar el gimnasio, pero el recepcionista no me lo recomendó - no sé si por el mal estado o por falta de limpieza. Me instalaron en la primera planta sin ascensor, lo cual era bastante incómodo, ya que viajaba con equipaje pesado. El recepcionista y la camarera del bar eran amables, pero no fue suficiente para mejorar la experiencia

Saknade wifi på rummet, endast tillgängligt vid poolområdet. Externa gäster nyttjar poolen. Ganska många barnfamiljer, så mycket livat och plask i poolen. Inte så lugnt och skönt. Annars ok hotell.

Orrible y deprimente y abandonado ese hotel

Es un Motel muy caro mas que un Hotel todo abandonado sin comida ni nada todo el cmplejo esra abandonado y en muy malas condiciones y mas por 87 euros la noche solo por dormir en una cama pequeña y destartalada. El parkin del hotel no existe es en la calle y las pistas de tenis y demas para olvidar, vamos no nada recomendable mi pareja me dijo que esto era una verguenza de sitio
