Air conditioning not functioning well even at 16° Celsius. Please service your air conditioner! Room 509! Toilet dirty! At night on March 29th, guests in room number 510 made noises knocking on their room many times and it was so loud. Even their talking I could hear. How come your rooms are not soundproofed?

Very satisfying, the environment is easy to get a vehicle and food is easy to get...

Great location, staff friendly. I booked 3 rooms, the connecting rooms was superb. The other room, everything was great except that both of my family sleep on that room were bitten by bed bug.

The cleaner scares me when he knocks on the door twice and open the door at 7am. I'm lucky the door has a safety lock. When I ask him why, he say he sent me towel and mineral. So confused, I checkout at 12. But he sent me new towel and mineral at the morning?! I don't know what his intentions are. but I was very unlike and insecure of that action. Plus, I stay alone (single room). Hopefully hotel management take action. I not recommended to women out there to stay this hotel alone.

Take times to check in, and before you get your room they will take deposit rm50. I'm very upset!!!! However I pay already with online banking. Room too small. I will not come again to this hotel.

The room is okay but it's too fragrant to pierce the nose first in the room, worth the price, but the bathroom is a bit x comfortable because the mirror is like that and the key is broken, btw okay je and best because hot shower ade, overall okay, just near the bottom We are renovating our mase stay, a place close to all attractions like sogo, tar road, india mosque and free plaza, staff okay 😊

hotel not provide car park. we must park away from hotel. the distance about 2 km and 15min walk. the lift also smell very bad. not recommend
