Nice location. Easy parking

The room was very substandard the first night which they then upgraded us (at a cost) for the next two nights. The rooms are very tired and could use some TLC - especially for the amount being charged. The breakfast included has good value with selection and quality.

This was a very nice hotel. Have to remind people to use their key to lock their room both inside and out.

Stayed at this hotel many times and never disappointed, this time was a short stay over Christmas.

This is a nice hotel to stay in Tondela, near the town center, and also to visit the surrounding areas like Caramulo. The hotel itself in not grand but it does his purpose quite well. There’s a large swimming pool and gardens, great for relaxing and the breakfast is very good with a variety of fresh fruit. Rooms are rather big (at least mine was).

Nice hotel in a central location for visiting Tondela (by foot) and within relatively short driving distances to the two nearby mountain ranges (Serra and Caramulo) and Viseu. Clean rooms and tidy grounds, including outside inground pool. Excellent service. Priced at market but the best place to stay in the area. Wi-fi works but not extremely strong.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Bedrooms are clean, with good areas. Bed mattress and pillows are super comfortable. The only cons is the isolation: it is not that good and in the morning we woke up with other people speaking in their bedrooms and corridor.
