Great night sleep. Loved the balcony to have a smoke without going all the way downstairs. Spacious room Breakfast was good, just wasn’t hungry

Great place to stay, friendly staff, great location

Modern hotel, in good condition and well located right in the centre. Walkable to main attractions / restaurants etc. Good sized room, great breakfast and friendly staff. Only negative was noise from the street (we had a front facing room and it was Saturday night). I would definitely recommend

Staff were incredible, particularly the reception manager. She’s such an asset - going above and beyond! The area has seen better days but the hotel itself stands out from the rest of the area and, overall, comes across as very well managed.

Beautiful hotel on the walking street in Kaunas. We had an executive suite with plenty of room for 3. Hotel under construction during our stay but staff did great job making up for inconveniences.

The hotel is going through renovations at the moment, there is no noise but the bar and restaurant are closed

We had executive suite with balcony. Sons had deluxe suite. Both very good standard. Whole hotel was exceptionally warm and we couldn't get the rooms any cooler. Well stocked minibar in both rooms. Lovely breakfast. Friendly service. Perfectly located on a wide pedestrianised avenue.

Beware, this is not a gracious old hotel, as is depicted on the websites. Maybe it used to be, but not anymore. The outside entry level is a narrow door in a line of stores. Inside, it’s like an average Marriott maybe, no real style. The bathroom amenities are stingy — watery body wash in a pump that doesn’t dispense enough of it, that kind of thing. No premium TV channels — buttons for Netflix and Amazon, but they don’t load, and a channel guide with “Keine information” (I think that’s German). Anyway, I wouldn’t call this a 4-star hotel, but it’s… OK.

Excellent place to stay, right in the heart of the city. We stayed in roo. 317 which was very nice with a great 55 inch smart TV. All the reception staff were fantastic and very kind and helpful, especially Ugnas who booked us iin

Hotels located on main street with a few cafe bars in local area. Rooms were spotlessly clean as was hotel on general.

We were very happy to have a room with a balcony facing the main street and such a big bed in the room.. everything was perfect: room, breakfast, bed, service!

Lovely hotel. Very central for everything, comfortable rooms and very quiet, despite being on main thoroughfare. Slept very well! Breakfast was great too with many options.

My daughter rung the hotel to say I would be arriving a night late due to being in hospital longer than anticipated. The gentleman she apoke tonsaid she would need to email this information which she did. When I arrived at the hotel a day later, receptionist was exceptionally rude saying they weren't informed of any changes. I explained all of the above and she basically called me a liar. I hadnt asked for a refund but could see there wasnt a hope in hell of getting one either. However another receptionist I dealt with the following day was delightful and vwry helpful. Shame that one always spoils reviews x
