Stayed 3 nights and here but because I was transiting here so I checked in at 1.30 in the morning and GPP because I had already confirmed with the hotel. I ordered a triple suite room in which there is 1 king size bed and 1 twin size bed. The room was good according to the one photographed but indeed the mattress was quite high so it was rather dangerous for children. Points + for this hotel: the location of JB Central is only 20 minutes and 20 minutes to Legoland, Strategic location there is a good place to eat called nasi padang lestari food buffet is tasty and cheap, there are also 7-11 and in front of the hotel there is a playground for children, rooms cleaned even though there is no board to tell if our room wants to be cleaned, deposit 50rm and pay tax per room / night 10rm, provided towels, shampoo and handbody minus points: unfriendly staff, no bellboy, no greetings from the clerk, no hotel providing toothbrushes and paste, the hotel doesn't provide meals, the sockets are only a little so it's hard to charge a cellphone or camera but overall everything is nice and comfortable.

The price is okay, the rooms are spacious, service is friendly.

nice budget hotel and located at strategic location

Check-in was easy, deposit of 50 RM hotel was clean comfortable AC was very cold. Getting 2 bottles of mineral water is not sorry anyway.

When it comes to rooms, clean and spacious, children are happy. order a single bed, get a queen bed. but the hotel looks spooky, I can't sleep well. The sheets or blankets might not have been changed either, so my body is all itchy, like mosquitoes, but there are no mosquitoes in the room. Receptionist service is still lacking. Look for food that is halal and suitable for children, walk far behind the hotel until it passes through the wet market. WiFi can not be used, has entered a password, but can not make the internet.

The room is super big, clean and tidy. The price is very affordable for a king and super single bed. We love the room and the location is near to few shops. Easy to find food and other things. I give 4.5 stars.

The air conditioning in the room is not cold.

I purposely find a hotel with an elevator service each time I made hotel reservation as I am having bad joints pain over my lower limbs.. it was quite disappointed as I arrived at the hotel, I was told lift was not functioning and the problem has been there for quite a while. Worse, I was given a room at 3rd floor!!!! 4 guests bedroom turned up to be room for 3 guests room only The shelf where the towels were placed in the toilet too was quite high for a Malaysian female like me... Sorry for the bad reviews but this is like my first ever bad hotel experience ☹️ On a good note, the room was clean and spacious for 3 guests room

The advertisement in the web was wrong info for the family room that have 2 Queen bed. The room is only provide 1 king bed and 1 super single bed. Please update the right info on the family room. Thank God, the family room have the sofa that can transform into 1 single bed. The stay was ok and nice.

it's perfect for family pit stop. spacious room and bathroom. lots of a shops nearby especially eateries and textiles for shopping. worth the price!

3 star hotel but kind of 5 star hotel. Service is very satisfying. Clean and customer-friendly. From customer service to cleaning services are all good. Recommended.
