the hotel is closed to the ariport, comfort,and clean

I'm booking the hotel from app & I saw on the map from klia t1 to hotel just 1,8km. That's why I booked this hotel, but after arriving at hotel, staff hotel said not this hotel but the other location & very far way from airport more than 1 hour. It was terrible!

as I arrived by midnight, I decided to take grab from L1 of KLIA1 to Tune Aeropolis at about MYR 32/way. Staff is friendly and quick upon check in. Room is spacious comparing to the other Tune at LCCT. hot water works, non smoking yes, aircon good. have snack bar at the lobby for instant noodle or ice cream. Should consider to have a ramp for baggage trolley because stepping up to entrance lobby is quite troublesome. But not a big deal if carrying a light luggage. Overall good, will definitely comeback.

The staff was very friendly. However, the breakfast food was terrible. The rooms are very small and sounds from the road are noisy.

I had ordered an airport shuttle for pickup last night and waited outside the lobby for 40 minutes without receiving any updates from the staff. It wasn't until I inquired that I discovered the shuttle had departed from a different access door. This experience raises questions about the effectiveness of collecting customer data for shuttle services.

The room is very suitable in size, not enough if you bring a large suitcase, you have to take turns to open the suitcase, but it is very adequate for a short transit. Close to Mitsui Outlet, can be reached by Grab. The hotel is clean and fragrant and there are laundry facilities, suitable for transit.

Affordable price and cheap breakfast (you can take anything).

The information about the shuttle bus is not clear from the hotel, making guests confused. Then after re-checking also with the staff, they gave not clear answers also. Some of the guests got the shuttle bus to the airport but they did not inform when we were checking in, because some of the guests need this facility to go to the airport. The food was bad, especially for the porridge, it is full of water and not cooked well.

the staff was very friendly. however, the breakfast was awful. the noodles tasted like cigarette smoke, the eggs were like egg soup they were so watery, and the choices were not much more. the shuttle only runs between the two tune hotels, so you need to walk to the airport to the one tune hotel then take the shuttle, which runs every 2 hours, to the aeropolis tune hotel. the rooms are tiney and the AC control in our room did not work well at all.

If you have to transit for long hours, you may choose this hotel. It's quite great!

nice hotel, very helpful for those who need an early morning flight

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Though the room was small, but it's just enough and clean. The bedsheet was clean and smelled good. The bathroom was clean and had good ventilation. The food from restaurant "MAKAN" was delicious with various choices of food and drinks. They also provide us with a shuttle bus from Tune Hotel KLIA2 to Tune Hotel Aeropolis. Don't forget to list your name at the reception before using the free shuttle. Magnificent experience I've got. Thank you Tune Hotel - Thank you app. Good price - good value.

Distance from airport: 20 minutes. Shuttle bus is limited by time.

It's not my first time here. The staff is very helpful and I will definitely come back if I have an 8-hour transit next time.

Tune klia 2 to Tune Aero shuttle bus is most on time. The hotel is close to the airport so no additional costs are needed.
