This place was amazing! The staff were fantastic! The food was great and varied every night which was a huge bonus! Definitely recommend for a group of friends/couples

Can not fault this hotel for our stay, everything is super clean, staff are friendly and helpful, food and drink is plentiful if you chose all inclusive. The location is great, no outside noise can be heard the rooms, Great 7 day stay

The hotel is lovely and the staff are amazing there are only a few things that let the hotel down are the rules. Not aloud a sunbed or sun bath before 9:30-10 as the pool opens at 10 and the food is very repetitive. It seemed as what wasn’t eaten at breakfast was put out for lunch and what wasn’t eaten at lunch was put in some sort of casserole or curry for dinner and if you want a cocktail you have to pay even if you are all inclusive.

Although we got given the wrong room and also never told about the early finish of All Inclusive on check out. Overall stay was very pleasant.

We stayed for a few nights in a junior suite. The room was lovely, lots of little touches such as turn down service with little toblerones left on the pillows and a special pouch with really lovely toiletries. The shower gel smells divine. The hotel is very quiet and lacks ambiance, it wouldn’t take much to make it feel special; some decent speakers in the Chill out bar and a good soundtrack. The food was poor. Breakfast was ok but all the food needs to be warmer. Lunch and dinner were very disappointing. The drinks are good but there is a supplement for cocktails. These are not part of the all inclusive package which seems odd to me. With a few little tweaks this could be an amazing hotel.

Fantastic hotel. Had an amazing stay. We were there for my boyfriend's 40th and they made it super special, with a bottle of bubbles on arrival and on his birthday. Food and drinks were good on all inclusive. The suite was incredible with amazing views. Beach is very close and really lovely. Would highly recommend.

We had such a lovely time here! One of the most relaxing holidays we've had. The hotel was perfect - infinity pool are was super relaxing and lush, buffet breakfast was delicious and our room was a good size with the amenities we needed for our stay. The location is great too, just a few minutes walk to the main cala millor area with beach, restaurants etc. and a short walk to cala bona. The only downside was the bed - it was comfy but was two single beds put together with separate bedding/duvets. Would have much preferred an actual double bed for 2 people.

Lovely hotel - pool area and beds at the front were fab, although you had to queue early and they wouldn’t open the doors until 9.30!! Reception area stunk - smelt like drains, but tte rest was lovely. I would recommend and would stay again.

Lovely Hotel conveniently situated for both Cala Millor & Cala Bona resorts. A well deserved 4 * superior Hotel. We had a great side Sea view room very comfortable beds. Note: Shower room is off the bedroom. See room photographs, this could be an issue for some guests.

Good hotel in a great location, close to beaches, shops and restaurants We were disappointed that there was an additional charge for the safe. Breakfast was really good. Wide variety of hot and cold food. When we were there end of September, the hotel was full but there didn’t seem to be enough staff in the restaurant and they were disorganised.

Modern hotel with decorated with taste, nice view from the room. Nice and well equipped sanitary equipment. Well located near good restaurants. No on-site parking but easy to find free car park. Excessive tourist tax ( 2x more expensive than other hotel in majorque). The safe was not free. One lift was broken down for more than 2 days, we had to use the stairs sometimes due to long queue. Our fridge, TV and air conditioning were not working well. Cleaning lady often did not respect the quietness of customers, harassing us to leave the room despite the indicator " do not disturb".

Enjoyed a 4 night stay here and really loved it, the pictures you see are fully reflective of the hotel. Check-in was fast and smooth, Luis was very helpful at the desk and provided me some tips for areas and places to eat. My room was on the 1st floor, so luckily for me that was the same floor as the infinity pool area. So I could easily get a bed and chill by the pool all day. That area opens up at 8.45am, so get there early as there only about 20 bed. It has sunshine all day. I never went to the other pool area near the restaurant, however when I looked at it the area didn't seem to get much sun. Breakfast was a buffet style, but with lots of options - even sparkling wine to drink to make some mimosas :) Dinner was also buffet, I only ate there once. But the food was very nice with lots of traditional Spanish and also standard food like Pizza and chips. The gym is small, a few dumbbells and treadmills - but it looks out onto the beach side walk, so its a great view when working out. I never used any of the spa treatments, but the prices looked reasonable. The location of the hotel is really good, your opposite the coast and you can either walk a few mins left or right to get the sandy beach area. Tons of shops and places to eat along the side and promenades. I would visit this hotel again without hesitation.

The Spa was great. The lack of entertainment during the day at pool side was poor. Other hotels in the area offer entertainment.

Location brilliant, staff friendly, breakfast extra and expensive at 10 euro. Extra charge for safe
