Great room, super breakfast, friendly staff, close to downtown Puerto Varas.

The location was perfect just a 3 min walk to the centre of town. The rooms were very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful.

comfy, clean, good breakfast buffet, but 4th floor wi-fi is poor. they were nice and changed our room. nice location easy access to town.

The room had two issues-- quirky electricity set up and no wifi. When coming to the room, we inserted our room key in the slot for the electricity-a common setup-nothing happened, the room remained dark. Eventually we went back to the front desk and they sent maintenance--the solution was to climb on the bed in a dark room and turn on power above the bed. We then discovered that the wifi didn't work. When I checked the hallway, I saw the Access Point hanging from a wire, unsecured to the ceiling. Maintence came again, and rather than just secure it so it would be flat against the ceiling they removed it. They then said it would be repaired in an hour...it was already 2330. An hour later it still did not work, and in fact, they never repaired it before we checked out the next morning-- so we were forced to go the lobby to use wifi for the entire duration of our stay.

Nuestra estadía fue la segunda semana de octubre y aún estaba en reparación por los daños causados por un tornado. Mi habitación estuvo en el segundo piso y daba hacia el lago, pero no se ve desde el segundo piso, veíamos maquinaria para reparar los pisos de arriba, pero no nos sentimos incomodados por el ruido. El cuarto era espacioso, el baño funcionaba correctamente y todo se veía limpio. El desayuno es completísimo y hay mucho por disfrutar cada mañana con toda la variedad que tiene. El único problema que tuve fue un cobro doble, pero fue solucionado durante la semana. Todo el personal fue amable, servicial y siempre vi sonrisas y cuidado en hacer de nuestra estadía algo memorable.

Well located hotel in Puerto Varas. Excellent breakfast. Handy onsite parking. Really large comfortable room which was quiet at night. The rooms are a bit dated and on the tired side. Could use a bit of a refresh but a great choice for a few days in the region.

Every thing is OK, except the equipments and furnatures are old.

This centrally located hotel has friendly staff. The rooms are large, and everything is modern. Parking is out front.
