Hotel was fine for a one night stay. Showing its age a little. It was very quiet. Note there is no lift but as our room was on the first floor, it wasn’t so bad. Breakfast was simple but plentiful. Only drawback we had was that reception staff spoke little English, making asking directions, parking etc difficult. Would stay again. Excellent value.

It was extremely difficult to find the hotel. The shower booth was so small it was difficult to take a shower. The breakfast wasn’t good. I won’t return to this hotel. It is a hostel not a hotel.

The location is more than excellent. Parking at hotel is convenient with small car.

Our stay at Hotel Batalha was lovely. The hotel is just across the street from the Batalha Monastery, and the upstairs breakfast room provides a beautiful view of the complex. The breakfast was very good. The rooms are on the small side, but perfectly adequate for a one night stay for two people. There is no elevator, but the staff insisted on carrying the luggage for us Seniors to our rooms. The hotel provides free parking although getting into it is tricky for a larger car. The other option is to pull into the hotel driveway to offload luggage, and then park overnight for free in the huge Monastery parking lot about a ten minute walk away. Batalha is a small city and there are not a lot of restaurants. However, the hotel recommended an excellent one just a short walk from the hotel.

Bit small room, but is justified by the low price. Not very convenient The parking lot is not very convenient

Right in the centre of town, this hotel is *excellent* value for money. Clean, helpful staff, good beds and A/C. The only downside was the terrible wi-fi in the room so we used the hotel lobby for this

The hotel is simple and clean, with the kindest hotel staff I've met in a long time! The breakfast room has a great view of the cathedral. Beds were a little uncomfortable

Excelente Hotel, muito limpo e confortável, localização espetacular do ladinho do mosteiro de Batalha, da para passear pelas ruas tranquilamente a noite. Restaurantes próximos. Café da manhã incluido maravilhoso para os padrões europeus. Deixamos o carro na rua lateral próximo ao hotel onde não tem custo. Perfeito.

A única coisa é que a recepção foi muito boa, o hotel não gostei, o guardo só tem uma tomada , a geladeira desligada, o box do chuveiro é super apertado

Il manque quelques indications pour trouver l'hôtel à l'entrée de la ville, l'hôtel est impeccable, le personnel souriant et accueillant, seul problème la WiFi fonctionne quand elle veut. Les petits déjeuners sont complets et permettent de manger avec la vue sur le magnifique monument. Adresse que je conseille.

Hôtel vétuste nous y sommes allé en hiver et on a eu froid.

O hotel é super bem localizado próximo a bons restaurantes e em frente ao mosteiro da Batalha. Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos. O hotel precisa melhorar o ar condicionado do quarto que estava um pouco barulhento quando era ligado e o carpete estava um gasto demais. Café da manhã incluso era satisfatório.

Equipe atenciosa, hotel muito bem localizado, ótimo custo/benefício. Possivelmente me hospedaria novamente em futura viagem.

A localização do hotel é muito boa. O único porém foi o estacionamento, que é pequeno, mas a equipe do hotel foi ágil em nos ajudar. Encontramos uma vaga próxima. Na hora de sair um carro prendeu o nosso, mas o pessoal do hotel entrou no circuito e conseguimos localizar um dos motoristas e pudemos sair.
