Favorite family vacation for the 3rd time visiting Lorin. In 2026 there was a sofa bed, mini fridge, water heater, spacious room, 7/10 great, view of the swimming pool and circuit. At 7 pm the live music concert was really cool, I like it. The most surprising thing every time I visit Lorin is always meeting sports athletes: #1 (women's national soccer team), #2 (national futsal team), #3 (Semen Padang team). Enter a little for check-in, it would be better if there were 3 receptionists, yes, all 3 should be open service so the queue is not long. For those who bring a car, you have to be extra patient to find parking because every weekend the car park is full.

My stay at Lorin Sentul was excellent. I booked a deluxe room and was upgraded at no additional cost. The breakfast was also varied.

The cleanliness needed to be improved. The room was dusty, the sink was clogged, the pool water was cloudy, foamy, and full of leaves, and the showerhead was slippery and mossy. The children's toys in the playroom were all broken.

The room was a bit dirty, and the food was lacking in flavor. It's a shame to claim it's a 4-star hotel. Other than those two things, the rest was quite satisfactory.

The front desk was friendly, but I was a little concerned about the sign in the parking area that said the hotel isn't responsible for lost items. My wife and I happened to be bringing a motorcycle yesterday, and the open parking was a bit worrying, as we were planning a vacation, as the parking lot and security staff seemed indifferent. But it was okay for the promotional price on the app.
