The hotel is clean, comfortable, with complete amenities. The room is quite spacious and has a long sofa bed so you can lie down. The breakfast buffet has a fairly varied menu, but it tastes salty in my opinion. I'm a bit confused about the children's breakfast fee, which is determined by a maximum height of 140 cm; anything above is considered an adult. My child is 146 cm, even though he's still in elementary school. Unlike most other hotels where the fee is determined by age alone. Perhaps this could be re-evaluated. Other than that, the facilities are all good, thank you.

The hotel staff was friendly, the breakfast was varied, and the kids were happy with the pool and other playgrounds. Even happier during our stay was the surprise of the staff, "Ms. Bunga, M. Vita, and Ms. Ericca," singing a birthday song during breakfast 😍. Next time, I'll be back at Hotel Lorin Sentul.

At most, don't forget to refill the shampoo soap because it ran out while staying there.

I booked a room with a note asking for a picture to be written on the mirror. Upon check-in, the receptionist didn't provide any information and said we had to book for 2 or 3 days. Hmm, then she said there would be a 50,000 IDR charge. I said okay, but she couldn't afford it. It was a reward for students who had moved up a grade and were top of the class. Hmm, terrible.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the parking area was spacious, and it was close to the Sentul Toll exit and the Sentul Circuit. The breakfast was delicious, and the kids loved it. The children's and adult pools were also excellent. The family also enjoyed their stay at Hotel Lorin.

The location is strategic, the service is excellent and friendly, and the breakfast food is varied and almost always delicious. I would suggest replacing/repairing the room amenities, such as the sofa and curtains, as they are torn and have holes. There was never a long wait in the elevator, which was great.

I don't regret staying here. Friendly service. Happy kids.

The price is okay, with plenty of children's facilities. The deluxe twin room is okay, spacious, and offers a view of the mountains. The bathroom is clean but a bit smelly, perhaps due to the evaporation of water, and the drainage system is not working properly, causing water to pool. The children's play facilities are very good, with a wide selection of games, including flying fox, paintball, ATV, trampoline, archery, swimming pool, sandpit, indoor children's playground, fire extinguisher, and cooking class. The food variety is lacking, perhaps because the price is relatively affordable. The service is okay. A suggestion for other visitors with children: avoid feeding children in the pool, as it creates a dirty impression, especially if the food is left lying around. The hotel should also discourage eating near the pool or playground to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of the facilities. It's a shame that the hotel and staff are taking care of the facilities, but the guests are not, ultimately lowering the hotel's rating.

There have been quite a few updates and upgrades to the facilities since I visited here two years ago. This indicates that the facilities are well-maintained.
