I was actually a bit disappointed because I had booked mirror art and a cake to surprise my son, but starting from check-in, there was already a long wait. When I entered the room, the mirror art and cake I had ordered three days before were missing, even though the team immediately took care of it. One of the room lights was out, and the swimming pool was dirty because it was so crowded: (

The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is delicious, and the playground and swimming pool are plentiful and fun.

This is my second stay at this hotel. While it's not new, the affordable price offers plenty of kid-friendly amenities, especially the numerous pools and spacious grounds. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is average, with standard flavors, but plenty of options, and the Indomie station is a highlight.

Recommended place that provides, must come here, no regrets and never fails.

Strategic and fun for family vacation

The food tasted less, the rice porridge was a bit bland, the fish I had yesterday was also a bit bland, the mango drink had too many ice cubes, it seems I got the one that didn't have any mango flavor, it was just yellow, the sheets weren't white and had stains, the TV kept turning on and off.

The breakfast is delicious in my opinion, you have to try the Cianjur porridge.
