The hotel service is very generic. The elevators are cramped and dirty. It's fine for transit, but not recommended for a vacation.

A nice hotel to stay in, even though it's not in the heart of Bukit Bintang. It's easily accessible thanks to its main road. The rooms are clean.

This hotel is ideally located for foodies, as it's very close to Jalan Alor, which has a plethora of food options. The staff is friendly, and the hotel is quite clean. So far, so good.

A 10-15 minute walk will take you to Jalan Alor. Near the hotel, there's a 24-hour convenience store (KK) and a 7-Eleven. Next door is a shop selling imported Chinese snacks.

The location is close to Alor and there are many culinary delights at night.

Friendly staff, comfortable hotel, close to everything. Culinary options are within walking distance. I'll probably stay at this hotel again if I go to Malaysia again.

The location is very strategic, but the room was not very clean, as there was still hair on the floor and table. The sink was not very clean. Upon arrival, there were no towels or a doormat, so we had to ask for them at the reception. There were also no toothbrushes or toothpaste. It was fine for a rest, as we checked in at night and checked out in the morning.

The bed was okay, big. I booked a triple room, but they said it had been renovated, so the walls were dull, and so was the bathroom. But it was okay.

Worth spending. It's close to everything, accessible on foot to areas around Jalan Alor, Bukit Bintang, GMBB, River of Life, and even Petaling Street. I'll definitely be back!
