Friendly staff, I've stayed here three times. It's located in the city center.

It's worth the price. It's close to everything, the room is clean, the toilet is large and has a bidet. The air conditioning is central. The only downside is that the hot water isn't hot enough. Overall, it's good.

The receptionist asked for an additional RM20 per room per day because the booking was made during a public holiday on the app. If you walk in, there's no additional charge. What? So the rate on the app isn't all-inclusive? As far as I know, there's only a 20 hotel tax per room per night, so the total is an additional RM40.

The location is not far from Bukit Bintang, about a 7-minute walk. Close to the bus station.

The only good reason to stay here is because it's located in a strategic area, close to the city center, restaurants, and public transportation. The front liner staff seemed indifferent and uncaring, whether it was a culture issue or just a bad attitude; the service could be improved. The restroom near the restaurant was dirty, with unflushed feces and a terrible smell. The hotel elevator was dusty, the room was so-so, and dusty too, but spacious enough for four people. There was no trash can in the room, only one in the bathroom. The bidet was crusty and dirty, and the Wi-Fi was also terrible, constantly turning on and off. If you're going to stay here, be prepared for the worst-case scenario; don't expect much.

Lovely place to stay for a short trip, near from Alor Street and 7-Eleven and KK Mart, staff really nice and room quite good for the price

The room was okay for its price, location’s great. Had to extend my room for one night because my flight got delayed and the staff was lovely and super helpful about it.

Very close to Pavilion KL and Alor in the back alley of the hotel 🥰. The laundry is across the street from the hotel/behind the Mercure Hotel. It's quite good for the price, but close to the city. No toothpaste or toothbrushes. Otherwise, it's safe and peaceful. I love this hotel.
