Picked Jaen as a stop off during our motorbike tour and chose this hotel for its secure parking. Could not have asked for more, central location, secure parking and everything walkable from the door.

Lovely hotel in city center with great staff, the only drawback is the smell from the bathroom sewage that’s too common in old buildings.

The worst Hotel since booking with Expedia... is eroding your prestige they were not to helpful, it was dark and dirty, the breakfast was just awful, and it took me 45 minutes to get there due to the location .... we went in circles because there is only one possible way to get there and evn the map and the gps could not get it right .. we have finally to go againts the traffic sense to be able to get there... the toilitery is even better in a chip motel.

Hotel muy céntrico, buena relación calidad precio, personal amable

Perfectamente situado, a pocos minutos de la catedral, rodeado de bares, restaurantes y tiendas. Habitación amplia y perfectamente limpia. Personal de pisos y recepción profesionales, atentos y encantadores, sobre todo Sergio de recepción. Volveré sin duda.

Al a ver obras en la plaza hay ruido y mala olor. El baño antiguo pero la ubicación es muy buena

La ubicación muy buena y la terraza espectacular, pero del baño sale un olor a cañería insoportable.

El precio no se ajusta con el estado de la habitación. Tapa del wc rota, habian quitado la nevera, almohada incómoda...

MUY BUENA SITUACION, EN PLENO CENTRO. PUNTO NEGATIVO, UN POCO ANTIGUO Y DESAYUNO CARO.

No se si tendra habitaciones buenas, pero la que me dieron era malisima. Se escuchaba lo que hacian todas las habitaciones vecinas. La calefacción funcionaba por la tarde/noche y por la mañana hacia frio......
