They misleading us by providing picture of the room with private onsen with moutain view. And Skii area. But when we arrive room its just bathtub in room with building view. But everything in hotel are in good condition staffs are good service mind.

The room was very old and very smelly.😤 thought the room cost was quite expensive. It is really ridiculously expensive for what it is. The hotel is so old, the fixtures and facilities are so worn out. The room is tiny, is really flat and uncomfortable. For the same price, you can get a much better modern, well equipped accommodation/apartment with bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, which is also ski in/out. price doesn't same as the total price. and I have to pay more on the prices (27500¥). Onsen tax(300¥), accommodation tax(440¥), consume tax and kid (3yrs) 2750¥. We will not come here again and definitely do not advise friends to come here.
