One of my best experience in Nagano was staying at this hotel with super complete facilities of the room like comb, shoe shiner, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, even they provide kimono for bath. The room is classic and elegant, but very comfy. The staff is really helpful and warm. Location is great, it's in the heart of Nagano and not far from the station.
