Everything was good about my experience with the hotel: accommodation, food, valet parking.

Excellent hotel for the cormorant show. Close walk to the boats. It’s Japanese style ryokan, with an onsen.

Location, staff and facilites all excellent. Stayed in Japanese style room, only downside for me was matress was little thin as not used to slwwping on a hard floor. Would definitely stay again.

NO TATTOOS. Is the first sign you see when checking in. Perhaps if you have a small discrete tattoo, they will still permit you to use their hot-baths on site. Ideal for couples, seniors, less so for families with children. The beds were quite hard. The in-room food service was very good, as was the breakfast buffet. Both indoor and outdoor onsen was very nice, with the outdoor one having a nice view of Gifu Castle.

My wife recommended this hotel to me after two stays — and she was right! This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in in Japan: wonderful views of the Nagara river and the neighbouring mountain of Kinkazan; superbly comfortable room; courteous, professional staff; and a very tasty breakfast. I am already looking forward to my next visit — with my wife, this time!

This was the second time I stayed at the Hotel Park, and both times I went after grueling weeks of hard work. This hotel is absolutely lovely, with views into the trees over the river and up the mountainside, birdsong outside your window, overlooking a lovely park with trails. Inside are soothing baths with magnificent views, and the beds are perfectly comfortable, so be assured of restorative sleep. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, served by gracious staff. I will book here again without hesitation.

I wish we could give a rating of 10! the staff was a nice. when we said we were interested in plum wine, the supervisor why to a local store, bought some and wouldn't take any money for it. I left my cell phone in the cab, and he called all the local taxi companies and found it. when we first came to the hotel, he also ran out to the van and helped us bring in all our bags for us. the most incredible hospitality I've ever experienced.

Great onsen; close to Nagaragawa Convention Centre (for a meeting); nice park/castle near by.

川が見えて綺麗でした。露天風呂は朝、岐阜城が見えてよかったです。

房間不錯，只是酒店比較舊。晚上大部地方關燈，會比較暗連酒店大堂也是，所以只能留在房間。

今回、ハーフマラソン参加の為利用させて頂きましたが部屋からの景色も良く、なんといっても露天風呂❗岐阜城や長良川を一望できる。最高のロケーションでした。 チェックアウト後もランナーの為に私設エイドや走り終わってからのお風呂サービス、至れり尽くせりです😆🎵🎵 スタッフの対応もよく気持ち良く利用させて頂きました。

岐阜市に住んでいますが、自分へのご褒美で年に一回は利用させていただいています。 これで４回目ですが、何度行っても満足できます。岐阜城と星を眺めながらの露天風呂は癒されます。老舗なので建物は古いですが、旅館の中はとても清潔感があります。朝ごはんは、しらすと明太子、朴葉味噌がお気に入りです。

施設はきれいでよかった 調色がよかった 夜間　屋上浴場の階段の音と振動が響いた 睡眠に支障がなかったが最初何の音かいぶかしくおもった

Nice hot spring hotel , but hard to find by driving. The open bath on roof is very pretty! However, there was a noise from the wall whole night in the room . Its kindda bothering .. other than that , it was a cozy stay !

露天風呂から見える岐阜城が最高でした！！ スタッフさんの対応も凄くよかったです！ 団体様がいるとわかった時は早い時間の入浴をオススメします。大浴場で被るとせっかくのゆったり岐阜城を眺める時間が… また行きたいです！

スタッフさんがとても親切でした。忘れ物をしましたが、丁寧に対応して下さいました。 朝ごはんはシンプルでしたが、美味しく頂きました。長良川に行った際にはまた尋ねたいホテルになりました。
