Great location. Plenty of restaurants. Bus route and plenty of taxis. Friendly helpful staff. Clean safe rooms. Close to U.S. embassy and large shopping mall ‘Plaza Central’. 15 minute taxi to airport 20 - 30 COP

Rooms bit cold, but good friendly staffs

There is no air conditioning so you have to open the windows. That means that your room can get noisy as the traffic from the street goes into early mornings. Otherwise, the location is convenient if going to Agora and the staff is pleasant. I had a good experience and would recommend for a business trip.

La habitacion estuvo sucia desde que llegue, el elevador no sirvio en algunas ocasiones, las habitaciones contiguas hicieron muchisimo ruido, y no pude dormir ademas de que las habitaciones estaban junto a la calle y sin mucha comodidad. No me quede la ultima noche y no me quisieron reembolsar nada. Hotels tampoco ayudo

Decent place to stay in Bogota and much cheaper than the Hilton, but there are many cheaper and better options in this affordable city. Close to the Agora conference center if that is your goal. Give it a try perhaps. The staff are nice and they offer a free shuttle to the airport (or from, though the ride I requested never came and I had to get a taxi).

great location, service, room, but the wifi so poor

Elevator was broken so we moved to Salitre Real down the street same owners. Rooms were clean, staff helpful and friendly. Internet didn't work in rooms . Area is 15 - 20 min drive to downtown. There is a corner store, also money exchange right next door. Staff walked us to Pizza restaurant down street. Hamburger place across street. Run down buildings nearby, area looks rough not best impression of Colombia. Prices too high for location and facilities.

Definitely no 3 1/2 stars hotel, The stuff was very nice even they don't speak English . The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the outside even in the hallway Or in the next room . The beds was OK even if it was not so comfortable .

The staff was excellent but the hotel room was atrocious. The sheets were dirty; so much so that I requested another room. The next room had an unclean bed as well. I just slept in my cloths for the night.

the hotel needs a good maintenance persone and a good maintenance. I had a room that the shower leaks to the floor outside of the shower. the ceiling was repair but is falling apart. the facility manager needs to be more proactive with this hotel.

Very Helpful staff and very comforatble rooms!

Staff was very helpful and friendly and the hotel was very comfortable. They went our of their way to make our trip run smoothly. I would not heistate to stay there again.

A clean, comfortable business-class hotel not far from the airport. I would have given this hotel a higher rating had the elevator been working when I checked in. The front desk was not particularly well organized, either.
