Upon check-out, we were told there was a stain on the towel, something we couldn't identify (it was very faint). It wasn't visible in the photos, and we were ultimately charged for extra cleaning. The hotel supervisor also seemed to offer no solution other than simply asking us, as customers, to email hotel management if we were dissatisfied with the hotel's service.

The price is quite reasonable, you get a spacious, clean hotel room, and parking is limited, so it's first-come, first-served. So after your trip, you can head straight back to the hotel to get parking. After that, you can take a Grab or walk out. 👍

The location is very strategic, right in front of the hotel, right next to the Alor Night Market and the MRT station. It's close to everything. The rooms are not cramped, newly renovated, and clean. The towels are also fresh. There's a delicious breakfast stall in front of the hotel. However, checking in at night can be a bit congested.

The location is amazing. Housekeeping staff is fantastic, they clean the room whenever you place the sign. The air conditioning is cold. The only thing that needs focus is the drainage in the bathroom.

Right in front of Jalan Alor, the culinary center from afternoon to evening. Very close to MRT Exit A. Spacious, clean rooms, with soft mattresses and pillows. There's a currency exchange counter right in front of the hotel. Close to many shopping centers: Pavillion, Fahrenheit, Lot 10, Plaza Sungai Wang, KKV, and others.

The location is very strategic and highly recommended. 10 steps from Bukit MRT, easy to find food, walking distance to Pavilion, close to Alor Street. The staff is helpful and the room is very clean.

Location-wise, I really like the Alor area, it's very close, just right in front 😂... and luckily I got a room at the back so I didn't hear the noise from the front. Some travelers said it's a bit noisy if the room is at the front 😅
