The hotel is pretty good. Breakfast could be more varied, if only for a little more variety.

The room is quite spacious, the location is strategic. The hotel towels are a bit less clean.

Always book this hotel whenever I go to Penang, and I could say their cleanliness is improving as well as the staffs. Wheelchair friendly. We can put the baggage and I forget my stuff, and they still keep it. The surroundings are also nice, near two durian stalls (that sell the nice one) and a massage place (also my favorite).

Some of the towels are torn or worn out. There is a smell of cigarettes in the bathroom.

The hotel room was quite clean, although there was still some guest hair on the pillowcase. What was disturbing was the smell of cigarettes in the bathroom.

Strategic location in the city center

The hotel location is good, close to everywhere.

The hotel staff lacks knowledge about food sales around the hotel and cannot explain things properly.

The staffs are friendly and nearby komtar, easy for us to buy food and durians.

Although it is located a bit inside a small street, it is strategically located near New Lane Street Food, pharmacy, durian, Macalister Foodcourt, nasi kandar, church, etc. At night, you can often hear people singing karaoke from the food market😅. The family suite room type has 2 large beds, fits 4 adults. It is quite clean.
